I had an amazing Korean facial with Ching! She took her time with the extractions, ensuring everything was done thoroughly and gently. The LED treatment with hydrogen was great and so relaxing, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. Highly recommend!

Thank you Ana! Ana was referred by Ching. My mother and I left very happy with our facial. It was super relaxing, in both our individual sessions we napped and woke up with hydrated and glowing skin. The hydrogen aqua facial is so good! We'll be back :)

Amazing! Welcoming, calm beautiful atmosphere. Ching knows her stuff! I saw amazing results in one session and will continue to come back every month! I was having issues with dehydrated skin (regardless of drinking tons of water and using high price skincare), flaking, pores, and fine lines. I came out with hydrated super glowy bouncy skin and when I smile you can't see as many wrinkles. This place is a hidden gem and Ching and her assistant are just so kind and professional. I felt cared for and comfortable the entire visit. Do yourself a favor, treat yourself to a facial with Ching, you'll be pretty amazed!

Thank you Ching! I had my very first facial after the Pandemic Shut down, and I had been looking for a reputable Korean Facial spot in the bay area for sometime, and I stumbled upon Ching's yelp page. She was so responsive, and was able to lock me in within a week of her availability. She spent 2 1/5 hours on my face, and never once did I feel that i was there for so long because her company with her assistant Tina made it a memorable one. No purging after the next day, and my skin feels so refreshed, clean and bright. I am definitely coming back to Ching.

Fantastic facial. My complexion was dry and dehydrated. The facial was hydrating and relaxing. The studio is clean and comfortable. Ching is very skilled. Her product lines are high quality. I'd go back. This really was the best facial that I've had. And I'm an esthetician.

Ching, where have you been all my life? I am admittedly a bit obsessive about skincare and receive regular facials, the latest being from Ching. I was so impressed by the service I received. Ching spent over two hours with me, during which time she meticulously but gently performed extractions, generously pampered my skin with the latest products and technology from Asia and kept me entertained (but of course relaxed.) Her facials are results-oriented so I left her spa slightly red but days later, renewed and refreshed skin emerged. I've already booked a follow-up appointment and can't wat to visit her again.

Thank you Ching for a wonderful Korean facial experience! Being this was my first facial that had extraction, I was a little scared when I saw all the little red dots after the procedure. But after almost a week, my skin has healed itself after the facial and mostly spot free. There are two places where she explained that I had a lot of stuff under my skin so she was only able to get as much as she could without damaging my skin, and those two spots are still healing. I appreciate that she took her time with my skin and I can feel the difference. At the end of the facial, she recommended a line of skincare products that she sells. I ended up buying a trial kit plus one serum. So far I like the products despite the hefty price tags. I would definitely schedule again with Ching. I felt super relaxed and pampered from my appointment.

This is a hidden gem of a spa. I went to Ching for her Korean Facial service and it was AMAZING! She took her time to assess my skin and ask about my areas of concern and then came up with a customized list of treatments and serums and lights and I left feeling squeaky clean, bright, tight, and glowing. The treatment is 2 hours, longer than any facial I have ever gotten and there wasn't ever a feeling of being rushed. Ching explained everything she was doing and why and recommended future services and products without being pushy at all. I will definitely be making this a regular appointment and highly recommend her (and her assistant Tina). Five stars all the way!

I lovvvved this facial so much and I can't wait to come back and get another! This was the first time I could see my nose without all the tiny blackheads in YEARS! I appreciate that the services are private and by appointment so you don't ever feel rushed. The products used smell so good I literally bought everything and stocked up! I've never had a true facial service before this but I wouldn't waste my money going anywhere else. As soon as this baby comes out this is my first spot for me time! I did have to take a break from some of the products for baby/pregnancy safety but Ching did inform me that she has an Ormedic line that she uses for pregnant or lactating mamas.

My first time at Pampering Faces was an AMAZING experience! Ching was so kind and sweet! She explained everything throughout my facial experience, which helped me understand what and why she was doing for each step and how it benefitted my skin. I left the place with glowing skin, I was amazed. It was such a relaxing experience too, I highly recommend this place! I would definitely come back again!

Owner is really rude when requesting products . Things happen in people life and I work bluntly told me to buy online because I wasn't able to make it the first time of asking if she has these products . Only products in my area that have it and i no longer feel good about buying from her: I will take her advice and order from there site !! !Really wasn't expecting for energy to be that rude .

This review is long over due. I had my facial a few months back. It was BEYOND a facial though. Ching is awesome and knowledgeable with the products and services she offers. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and Ching really spoiled me! I got the works and she does everything in a certain order to make your skin feel and look great! Along with the neck and facial massages, it was heaven and I will definitely be back for the same package. Thank you Ching for the incredible treatment! It was great meeting you...see you soon:)
