Mr. Singh was such a pleasant
Surprise with excellent customer service u never see that anymore anywhere.
He helped me over the phone so that I didn’t have to do unwanted shopping meaning taking and seeing if their inventory so when I got there, he had everything ready and he even help me put everything on the cart because the brakes and stuff were heavy bravo, Mr. Singh

5 Stars for Johnie! I wandered in today needing some new wiper blades. Johnie saw me searching aimlessly in the aisles and came right over to help me select the right sizes for my car. He showed me the price ranges then said he would wait for me at the front after I've made my decision. He didn't hover at all! As he was ringing me up, I saw him help a co-worker at the register next to his. Then he asked me, "do you want to put these on now?" I said yes and he unpacked them and gave me my change. Then he proceeded to take them out to the parking lot to install HIMSELF! WHAT SERVICE! He gave me a tutorial, had them installed in less than 2 minutes and wished me a nice day. And perfect timing, it started to sprinkle rain as I drove away. The wipers are PERFECTLY installed. I would have been fumbling around for sure to install them but he saved the day! Thank you Johnie

I will not come here again. The people behind the counter are the worst. Slow as molasses, it doesn't matter how long you stand in line (if you can distinguish where the line is), if someone calls in, that takes priority. Why are people working the counter the ones who also have to deal with people on the phone? I'm standing there waiting, and waiting, and waiting and the people being "helped" are dealing with people in slow motion for some reason, a call comes in - the one guy "helping" the person, I can't tell what he's even doing but he's been with the same guy the whole time. The other person answers the phone and has a long conversation. No "can I put you on hold for a moment" so I can deal with this guy who's been standing in line forever? Nope. Just takes the call and I guess it was a long lost friend because the call went on forever and I'm standing there thinking "this is how you deal with people IN your store who are here to give you money?" Never again.

Second time the clerk OVERCHARGED me for items I was purchasing. What happens is they charge for TWO items if the more expensive items and hope you won't notice. Both times when I tried to return and get the issue resolved I had to argue with the person who eventually copped to making the "mistake". This is a planned ripoff and is passive aggressive behavior at its worst, and I am willing to bet they do this a lot more than folks realize. Check your receipts and proper prices before leaving or be ready to have a shitty time making it right after. Now to clarify something that might be controversial but it was the same guy both times I am sure Not all the clerks are shady, but this guy makes the whole store suspect so be aware.

.Shipping is always late. Never arrives the day it says it will. Says next day but comes in 2-3 days. The arrabic store manager is very unprofessional and had alot of attitude. Acts like he owns the store and will not help with any problem. What he says goes. Train your staff better. Manager is a joke

I was here today to get my breaks replaced and they told me they didn’t have them and in that case they would replace with what was available. But the Indian guy had an attitude and said they couldn’t help me. I had to take Uber to San Pablo and they replaced them with no issues. The Indian guy just wanted me to buy new ones. DON’T BUY FROM this store in pinole go to a different store.

Thank you Trina!I needed a new battery badly today and it was raining. She had a very positive attitude with helping get everything situated. She helped me replace my car battery and was able to answer all questions I had. She is super personable and helpful. I enjoyed my experience. She also let me watch her do everything step by step and told me what each part did.
