Always had problems with the oreillys on Fitzgerald drive, gave this location a shot and was impressed with their professionalism and service. Shorter lines and faster workers will get you back on the road quick.

O'Reilly should get new employees. The younger generation are rude as hell. I went in to go get oil and they said something under their breath. I didn't quite hear them and they start laughing. As im walking to the counter to pay they look at be and head to the back. I was standing there for 5min before the mechanic came out asking if I've helped I said no and he starts whistling for someone to come out and help me but no one comes out. I leave oil on the counter go and start my car then the employees both walk outside to smoke a cigarette. I didn't even bother saying anything to them.

Can here Aug 5th ordered a radiator, paid $200 I was told it be at the store aug 6th @4pm. I called the store the next day to confirm it was coming, then I was given a time of 4:30 . I came around 5 it wasn't there any nobody knew where it was. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

My car battery died and I decided to call O'Reily Auto Parts on San Pablo Ave today. Joseph answered the phone on the second ring and I was so excited. I asked if he had the battery for my 2011 Camry, and he went and checked and he did. He quoted me 2 options over the phone....one at for a 2 yr warranty, and the other a little bit more expensive for a 3 yr warranty. Joseph did not pressure me to purchase the most expensive one. Seeing that it was only $20 more I opted for this instead. Overall a very good experience shopping at this store. I'm taking off 1 star from my rating as I'm not sure if they would have replaced the old battery with the new one for a fee or complementary. Anyways my husband was with me and had all the necessary tools to take out the old battery and replaced it with the new one. I would also like to add that this store is very clean and well organized, and staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend this store for your auto supplies needs.

Bought a battery connector and a battery post cleaner and ask the person can I borrow some tools so I can swap out the old parts that my car is outside in front of the store door. To make it worse it was raining. I couldn't start my car. The negative connector had corrosion making my car hard to start.So because the customer service was that bad I rather go spend money elsewhere like autozone... I'm a big spender and prefer O'Reilly as my top choice not no more..Thanks guy for not making me a satisfied customer....
