This place hires the most incompetent people so that you insist on using the self check kiosks. Don't be a passive consumer, choose a competitor like Walgreens over coming to this POS.

CVS Pinole has horrible service!! First they tried to charge me 5 times my insurance rate. Then said medication would be ready for pickup at 7 pm. Arrived and told that their medication I ordered was expired and to check back on Monday. Worst CVS EVER!!! Avoid at all costs!!

The young man in the pharmacy needs a brush up on his customer service skills. Second time each encounter was the same. A friend also mentioned him as well.
