Jerome took his time showing me different mattresses based on discussion with me. He was patient as I went back and forth on some mattresses and available options for an adjustable bases or fixed frame. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to getting many nights of enjoyable sleep.

I am so glad that I found Mancini’s Sleep World in Pinole where I met sales manager, Jerome, who listened to what I needed, and found the correct bed for me. There was plenty of time to try the bed inside the store and Jerome was very knowledgeable about construction details. After a 60 day trial of the new bed it was too soft for me so I requested an exchange which was so easy to do with Jerome’s help! Thanks, Mancini’s ❤️

We appreciate the service we received this weekend, and Jerome was great. He listened to our needs, and the type of bed we were looking to buy for my nephew, and he showed us the bed we needed. Delivery was set up on the day we needed to have the bed delivered also, and was set up with no problems.
Big shout out to Jerome for going over and beyond, and giving us excellent customer service! Thank you Jerome. You are awesome!!
