First off, let me just say, it is so refreshing to have an actual person on the phone for once. I must say the staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable.
I called with a few questions about different policies and quotes. The agent Dana, that helped me was very kind and patient. She took the time answering all my questions and made sure I didn’t need help with anything else. It was a was truly a pleasure speaking with her.
I wish more customer service was like this. With every good customer service I know there’s definitely an awesome boss behind them. I will be referring my friend and family here for sure. If you’re looking for an insurance company look no further. I hope your experience is just the same. ?”
