We are so happy with our new floors from Granada Floor & Tile! We had been eyeing their store for a while, and when we finally decided to redo our kitchen and family room, we knew where to go. Ali was a great help, very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. The installation was super-fast and professional. They took out the old tiles and carpet in one day and put in the new floors and baseboards. The rooms look amazing, we love the quality and the look of the floors. The price was also very reasonable and worth it. We highly recommend Granada Floor to anyone who wants to upgrade their home. They are a local small business that deserves your support!

Service requested: 5/5 I was on the hunt for some porcelain tiles in a beige/off-white color. Granada floors had 3-4 different tiles I was trying to pick from that met this criteria, appearance-wise they were so stunning it was a bit difficult for me to even choose which to go with. Quality and value: 5/5 My previous cracked porcelain tile was removed, and new MSI onyx porcelain tile was put in. So far, I have had no issues and the grout color was an easy pick. The tiles themselves feel very durable and the patterns on the tiles in each box is diverse enough that one does not need to worry about having too many of one particular print. Customer service: 5/5 Ali, the gentleman who helped me decide which tile to pick, is extremely knowledgeable and informative. The tiles arrived within about a week, and he even offered to have them delivered sooner. I had updates on the arrival as well, which was a very useful touch. The staff at Granada floors goes above and beyond any other flooring store I have interacted with, and for any future projects anyone may be considering I would highly recommend them.

i an an advocate for local small businesses and Granada Floors is a small business here in Pinole. my experience working with Mona was excellent. she helped me select new quartz countertops and vinyl floor planks to update my kitchen. Mona was so easy to work with and I appreciated her suggestions. The result is a beautiful enhancement to our kitchen and to our home.

We are writing to let everyone know that if you are looking to install new flooring in your home, Granada Flooring is the business to choose. Ali and his team at Granada Floors provided outstanding service and an excellent product from the time we first walked in the store until the team completed the job today. We live in the area and have passed this store many times. This month we finally decided it was time to rip out the carpet on our 2nd floor and replace with something else. I began researching options: laminate or SBC Vinyl and we were leaning towards the SBC flooring. I reached out to the store and Ali invited us in to peruse the showroom. I was impressed that while in the store, Ali was able to call the supplier to inquire if the product would be available for an upcoming install as well as provide a "back of the envelope" cost estimate. We were undecided between two options, took home several samples and made our decision. Ali came to our home to take measurements and we decided to go to contract. An install day was selected for the following week. Ali kept us informed on the product's delivery, paint needed for baseboards, floor registers, etc. The day of the install, 5 gentlemen arrived and got to work: the job included a long hallway, closets, 3 bedrooms, and stairs. When working on the stairs, they uncovered very unstable stairs which were fixed by adding additional plywood for strengthening. Ali also advised us that some floor leveling may be needed; it was but the amount was minimal. The team worked quickly and precisely, were personable and asked us questions when needed. We had purchased felt floor protectors which Ali's team secured to our furniture. The job was completed in one day. We found the prices very reasonable for a superior product, Republic SBC Flooring. We had purchased our previous product from another flooring store in the East Bay and were very satisfied, but their selection of SBC Vinyl products, price matched, were of a lesser quality than Granada provided. The floors look amazing and make the house look even better. Product delivery was seamless. We highly recommend Granada Floors- we are super satisfied customers.

I reached out to Granada Flooring and Mona responded quickly. She was attentive and was easy to communicate with. I greatly appreciate that she was very understanding and flexible when i needed to make a change due to some unexpected plumbing issues that surfaced a few days before the flooring installation was scheduled to begin.

I just had my stairs done. Carpet replacement with engineers hardwood. Granada did an excellent job, fast, clean and very good terminations.

Granada had done laminate flooring projects for our kitchen, multi-purpose room and nursery room at Bethel Baptist Church. The work is top-notch, and has stood up to high traffic. We could not be more pleased with the quality and reasonable price. They also do great with baseboards and molding. They are very easy to work with and east to get a hold of when you need them.Services: Install flooring

I had a very good experience with Granada Floors. From the time I picked the carpet to installation was only 1 wk. Ali’s installers were quick and did an excellent job. No seams visible. If you want to go to the showroom call ahead as most of the time no one is there. Ali returned my calls quickly and set up a convenient time for me to come in. I was able to bring home as many samples as I wanted. I read my contract thoroughly and Ali answered all my questions and concerns. Would recommend.

Ali and his team did a great job on my floors! They had a full staircase and upstairs where they replaced the carpet and put vinyl flooring down in 2 days! The job was done very well and was able to complete right before my gathering. Will definitely hire again for my kitchen and dining area. I was so pleased with the quality and efficiency of the job. I would definitely recommend this business. The floors we chose came out beautiful. We will definitely come back for countertops and backsplash. The showroom has a ton of options.
