GREAT SERVACE. my only gripe is the front counter girl referring to me as "its always the dirty ones", because I was looking in her direction. keep in mind I just got off of work. I havent seen her since. I take it the unnecessary charges that other customers had issues with, were the results of other bad hires at this vicinity as well. Maybe get hires with better backgrounds

My parents had taken their Subaru here for years and got ripped off several times, at 52000 miles they charged $1800 for a set of tires. They were told they needed new lower control arms and an alignment, there were no issues with abnormal tire wear, suspension damage or complaints about how the car drove. Unless you're off road racing or in an accident, control arms last more than 15 years or 150000 miles. Next they took the car in for a 60000 mile service, they were told the needed all new brakes and rotors also. I know the brakes were only half way worn and there were no driveability issues, they also replaced the front and rear differential fluid which was not required at 60000 miles and charged them over $2600. They failed to service the front differential properly resulting in catastrophic transaxle failure and leaving them stranded at my house 250 miles away from home. They had to rent a car to get home and when they contacted Pinole Goodyear they denied any wrongdoing or responsibility, now the car needs a $9000 transaxle and it's barely worth more that that if it gets replaced. DON'T GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Massively price gauged! I went in to do a simple oil/ brake fluid change and they tried to add on every thing in the book plus tires (mind you my tires are new - I bought them from them). When I told them no, they held my car for 4 hrs and then charged me $175 for "labor" for the oil and brake fluid change. In total it was $360!!I will never go back and will be finding a new place for my oil changes especially when learning how overpriced the oil changes are at this Goodyear in Pinole. Yikes!

My mother brought her car here for simple flat tire. Ended up quoting her almost $5000 for new rims and new tires when she didn't ask for that. Already trying to hustle her to get new wheels. She denied so they quoted her again $300 for the one new tire. Told her it came with warranty. Not even 2 months later the tire blew out so she went back to get it replaced under under the "warrenty" they told her she had. Of course they didn't value it and made her pay another $300 for another tire. Another month later the same thing happened. Blew out. This time I went back with her. Told the same story and warrenty didn't value it. The scum bag victor was yelling being very rude told me to shut my stupid mouth. He should not be working there. made us pay another $150 for a new tire. And replaced all tire sensors wich still are not working. Bad cheap useless tires here and high prices. If you value your money and respect do not come here. Way better tire places around. Cheap tires and unprofessional workers. Take advantage of women that don't know about cars.

Always great service and they will let you know the issue before proceeding so you won't be shocked with a huge bill. Victor is great along with Jarvis. They go the extra mile picking or dropping me off the Bart station because I live in SF. I've been using them for over 20+ years.

Hated seeing all these 1 star reviews until going in myself yesterday 4/8/2023. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment.Was quoted for 3 things, then Victor the main dude called to say there's no point in doing a rotation because the tread is more on the back. Bro we didn't pay for your opinion we paid for a rotation.We've brought our vehicle to the dealership just 3 months ago and they do a rotation without question. Was a smart@$$ on the phone, a bit nicer in person. Like other reviews say, it's like he had a chip on his shoulder.Also lied or "was mistaken" saying I had 1 off tire. I knew for a fact all 4 of my tires were correct, he was saying 1 was different, and because of that if I wanted to buy a new set of tires.....trying to scam me into buying tires. After talking to him more and him seeing I wasn't biting, he said "oh never mind all 4 are actually the same."Never coming back. I tried giving this place a chance to see if the 1 star reviews were legit. Unfortunately they are.
