My wife and I began working out at FitVerse with Coach O about 18 months ago. We recently moved to a new area for work and we really miss Coach O and all of the people we met at FitVerse. I have spent much of my life (I'm 65) doing one kind of work-out or another to get fit. For many years I trained on weights, swimming, biking and running to compete in triathlons, completing two Ironman distance triathlons. Coach O designs full body workouts that are exceptional in their balance and functionality. There are two workout cohorts at each class time: one for DW (drop weight) and one for GM (gain mass). Aerobics are mixed in the workouts. Each class runs one hour. Within each cohort the exercises are labeled for rookies (lower intensity, fewer reps) or veterans (higher intensity, more reps). You get all the help you need or ask for from Coach O, and the other class members are willing to help explain the exercises. The class members are friendly and caring, a reflection of the atmosphere Coach O emphasizes. There are many class start times that match up well with the Bay Area lifestyle whether you are a parent, grandparent, single or if you have child duties. Every type of exercise and equipment are used: rowing machines, equipment, box runs, sleds, free weights, body weight exercises, medicine balls, agility drills, bands, ropes, and boxing. Coach O is very knowledgeable about exercise, nutrition, and full of helpful advice and information. My wife and I were spoiled by our experience at FitVerse and all future gyms/fitness plans will forever be compared to the quality of our workouts with Coach O. If you live nearby--Go! Coach O is amazing! He is very helpful and encouraging! The circuits he does are great and I was able to see and feel a difference. The gym is very clean and all the people there are so friendly ! I love that he has many classes available.

If you are looking for that extra push, FitVerse is it. 1 hour of non-stop anaerobic workouts will leave you dripping in sweat, and in time allow you to maintain control of your body.

As I close out the end of the year, I can truly say the BEST decision I made this year was signing up at FitVerse! I highly recommend coming here to workout. All my life I have been non-athletic and despised working out (worked out 2 times a week max). Frankly, I would rather starve myself on a liquid diet than workout lol. Yup, that WAS me. But NOW, thanks to Coach O, I actually enjoy working out. Why?...Because of the results (and it's actually kind of fun)! Family and friends have complimented me when they noticed the weight I've lost. My brother even told me he was proud of me (testament to how little I worked out previously). I started April this year and have seen such an improvement in my energy level, strength, and mindset. Best of all, a lot of my old clothes are too big now! The gym itself is clean and the machines are in great condition. Although the workouts are intense (you will be sweating a lot!!), the group workouts have people of all levels. And Coach O makes sure you are doing the workouts in correct form. It is also very motivational to be surrounded by people eager to do a great workout. Fitverse is great workout environment!

This is by far the best gym experience I've had. Before joining FitVerse, I had been going to another gym with a semi-personal trainer. Went there for a whole year and spent a lot of money only to realize after joining this gym that my form was not good. Coach O. spent a lot of time with me the first month helping to correct my form and it's made a huge difference. I'm leaner and stronger than I was before joining. Each day of the week focuses on certain muscle groups and he changes up the exercises weekly so you never get bored. Importantly, he has two programs: "bulk up" and "down weight" and he allows you to mix and match to get to your best self. With the bulk up program you use heavier weights to increase muscle mass. With the down weight program you do more reps with lighter weights and some cardio in between routines. Coach started me in the bulk up program on leg days and down weight on arm, chest and core days. This allows me to sculpt muscles in the way that is best for me. He's a great motivator and will make you look forward to coming to the gym. Best of all, everyone that comes here is nice and helpful. You won't feel intimidated in any way.

My Partner And I Use To Pass This Place Every Morning Before Going Into 24Hr Fitness And She Kept Telling Me She Wanted To Go And Check It Out . Well We Finally Did And Im So Glad We Did , We Cancelled Our 24Hr Membership And Joined FitVerse . Coach O Has Us Do Different Things Everyday , He Helps Correct Your Posture On How It Should Be . Very Motivated , Great Vibes , Great Set Up And The Most That I Love About Going Here Is That If We Have Any Questions We Are Always Able To Reach Out To Him . I've Only Been Going Here For A Month And I Feel And See A Difference Already . I Definitely Recommend !

Awesome facility and coach, helping me reach my fitness goals. The first gym ever that I find myself wanting to go to everyday. The community of people that work out there is amazing too, everyone is super friendly and supportive. Best of all the classes are small and we get personal attention and advice, on what will work for us in the long run. This place helps me stay active and continue to exercise...and I've never said that before about any other gym.

Fitverse is a clean, extremely spacious facility with nice, clean, new looking equipment, excellent coaching, and great customer service. For instance, even when the studio was technically closed for the holidays, I still received fast, straightforward correspondence. Many other gyms seem to give a hard sell when you're trying to make a decision on where to go and that is a huge turn off for me. (I even blocked them on my phone) The owner, Coach O has a casual, very kind, no BS rapport. I also liked that it's a locally run small business - not a large chain. (Support local business!) The fitness classes there are custom tailored to the people in it - you follow a list on the board, and then get personalized assistance/coaching throughout the class time. As a beginner and not a spring chicken - I appreciate the patience and all of the detailed form adjustments I have received, because I want to get stronger without injuries. The vibe in classes is very positive and challenging while being free of the gym d-bag stereotypes. So far everyone I've encountered there has been kind and helpful. People seem polite to each other, say good morning etc. The music is always good, the parking is easy, and they even offer boxing lessons too. After just one week of training, I swear I saw a small bare hint of an ab. It's not much to write home about, but it's my little hint of ab and I liked it. Looking forward to getting stronger here this year.

You want physical, mental, and inner confidence, this is where to go with Coach O! Be prepared to put in the effort because it's not easy. The workouts are safely geared to prepare you for positive results. I've been a member for only 6 months and I'm a certified trainer. I see positive strength, endurance and physic and so do those who personally know me.
