Visit date: 10/10/23 @ 330pm ish. Employee in pink was the ONLY cashier. With a line going to passed 50% of store. Asked for help twice on PA system. Employee took her time to open cashier #4 and had the nerve to have an attitude. No greeting after I initiated and no thank you after transaction was complete. District and /or regional manager needs to check her. What's funny is that I have strong feeling she IS the manager. What a mess!

March 6, 2023, l visited The Dollar Tree at 5600 GA. Ave. NW. DC.I witnessed a loud valgur argument between a young female cashier and two older women. The cashier was the dominant force being very disrespectful and unconcerning.The cashier said she doesn't care about her job and could get another. I was stunned that the manager or other staff did nothing to rectify the situation.Please don't visit this Hood location. I won't visit again.

I was at this Dollar Tree yesterday when they were getting a big truck delivery. I needed a white poster board. They had green, hot pink and blue..no white. I decided to call before I went this morning and received a busy signal for 10 straight mins before I got there. I went straight to area ..still no white. I called the number and "Mark" the mgr answer phones. I told him what I needed he came out of office on the phone and said let me check..returned and said only has other colors no white. I said that could have saved me a trip here if I could have reached someone by phone. He said that we use phone for data also. No sorry , but that's your problem..Rude , rude and rude..who hires these people with absolutely no people skills?.

Thank you for at least trying to be a "dollar" store. The 99cent store is a joke. You can hardly find anything for 99 cents anymore. At least in this store, I know that everything is $1.25. You have won me back as a customer.

Only convenient place to pick up a couple of helium balloons to cheer up a birthday child.Other than that, the selection of other items were the same old, same old.Seems like even with a price hike, new products ? are rare and far in between.
