The new Pharmacy staff is rude. When there were only 3 staff members I got good service. Been going for years( from old store too). Continuous run around on one specific med. Insurance approval ok'd....then they claim they didn't get it 3x. Filled then had to be changed to a 3 month supply for a lower price. Then, they said nothing on file..put me on hold 2x. Got a tx saying it was ready only to be told Insurance didn't approve. Insurance did approve for I called them. Then after yes, getting Loud I was put on hold for ONE hr, only to be told NO record again and to stop getting Loud. One full week of this

I walked in to make an appointment for a vaccination. They tried to schedule me but only one appointment (ever) was available. Tomorrow at noon. I will be at a party. They tried to schedule me next week but they were locked out. They told me to dial 800-SHOP CVS. I did. That AUTOMATED (garbage) system said to call the store. & hung up. CVS/Aetna is my insurance.

The place is generally dirty and not the best CVS, especially for the suburbs. I prefer Oakland and Berkeley much more. The pharmacy here is a joke. I understand how challenging it is to get staff. I do. But the place is closed for two hours until 2p for lunch. I’ve forgotten this ridiculous schedule more than once and showed up at 1:30p for nothing. The staff will literally walk away if they can’t immediately find your name in the system. One person asked me to step aside and then proceeded to ignore me and call others up in line one by one. I asked what was happening and she said she couldn’t figure out to find my script. Another time, someone walked away from the drive through and never returned. Other short staffed places aren’t like this. It’s worth the drive to go somewhere else.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refused to take my doctor's office's phone call to find a prescription that I had been notified was ready to pick up. All 4 employees I spoke with were rude and refused to help me.

i called over 9 times today every call was about a 20 min hold some one gets on the phone and acts like they dont hear you they say hello hello really fast and hung up wow so this is how we run the a business. dont the employee think if this keeps on happing they will just close the store and cut there losses. So other people looking for a good place safeway in hercules is great and they even take there time and use good rx i tryed useing it at cvs and they said they dont take it i think there doing other thing against the law to the lady said she could t give me my prescription because it was to many pill i have to think of the other people i been getting refill here more then 5 years so she wanted to cut it less then half i get 120 she wanted to give me 30 what is going on with you workers come on CVS

Usually the staff here does their best and I'm in and out with my prescription in no time. My review therefore is only directed at one pharmacy technician, SHETAL, who, not only offered the worst customer service, but also provoked an unnecessary confrontation. After 45 minutes of waiting in line, I made it up to the window and was greeted by Shetal- asking how my day was. I didn't have an immediately answer and Shetal became ballistic when I responded, "the wait was super long." She accused me of having an attitude and yelled at her coworker to come help me instead. Lila came and it was a breeze getting through my questions. Hopefully the store manager will get back to me to let her know Lila did a great job and SHETAL needs some customer service training. When it comes to healthcare, expect professional people and don't settled for ghetto attitude. I will be moving my business to Costco.

The people working in the pharmacy are going as fast as they can. They are understaffed due to the auto refills that many meds are on ( whether they need to be or not ): it creates an Amazon fulfillment warehouse environment . The orders just keep coming and coming . Download the app., it makes life easier . Turn off your auto refills if you don’t need them .

They don’t answer phones. They hang up on me 5 times. I have a disability and wanted to confirm my meds were ready for someone to pick up.

The store had a bad smell, there wasn’t enough clerks to help the customer and the manager was rude, when I told her my coupon wasn’t working she just shrugged it off.

Literally every time I come here the employee at the counter won't ring up my items. They direct me to the self checkout which I reluctantly have to do. It takes 3 times longer and the employee has to assist at least once in the process. The customer service is extremely poor. Also, almost everything is locked up. For example, if you want to purchase tweezers or a lighter, you have to hunt down an employee that has the key to unlock the item. So ridiculous.

The pharmacy team members are sometimes friendly, but more often than not, they're pretty rude. I take pride in treating everyone with a friendly tone and professionalism, and this team seems to quite frankly not care -- on more than one occasion the staff is particularly condescending, short/curt, or just plain rude. I don't really understand.

Absolutely the worst cvs pharmacy that I have been to. Always slow inside, drive thru, and impossible to get a hold of on the phone. I would not recommend this location under any circumstances. This location has been like this since it opened. I doubt this will change. Try Martinez
