Thank you Thank you Thank you!! At 730am I had a sudden flat tire. I googled & saw that Cortez Tires was near. Although they weren't even open yet I was immediately attended to by a technician who was quick, kind, thorough, & informative - he even ensured that my other tires were properly inflated & safe. Turns out it was a nail/screw!!!

I had a nail that went through side wall on my right rear tire, they were so helpful and the gentleman were very understanding even though there were other cars to be fixed,They took time to take bad tire off and put my new one on and rechecked air pressure in all tires so I wasn't over or under on pressure Thanks a million I will be back when I think of service My car is pulled behind the Gadaboutthecountry bus that travels the country to take care of seniors because they are THE WINDOWS IF THE PAST,YET THE DOORS TO YOUR FUTURE!!

I called on a Saturday around 11am for my car's starter issue and was told I could come in right away. They had to order parts before noon so when I arrived at 11:30am, a mechanic took a quick look and confirmed the issue before a new starter was ordered. The person who answered the initial call was the one who helped me when I arrived and was very patient and friendly. She offered 2 choices for the starter and said they could get it taken care of the day of. The part would be delivered at 1:30pm and they would work on it right away. They quoted me $310 for the starter and $130 for one hour of labor for a grand total of $470 including tax. I had a comfortable wait in their office which has 4 chairs plus they have a strong Xfinity wifi signal. They said that if they weren't so busy, they could have offered me a ride home.The car was ready at 2:35pm. Overall, excellent service and open on Saturdays! This may be my new go-to car spot now.

I almost blew my motor out because they provided the wrong drain plug for my car after losing the one that came on my car they replaced it with the wrong one and said that's the one that came off my car which is a big lie i replaced it myself with the oem plug and my car was never leaking before I brought it in to them for the oil change. When I confronted them they called me a liar and talked to me very rude and spoke about me bad in Spanish I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be aware

Knocked it out of the ballpark on my K5 Blazer. Newly rebuilt transmission, new rear main seal, new exhaust manifolds, and new gaskets for the oil pan and intake manifold. Excellent service Excellent people.
