The pump has a sign on it that says to go inside to pay. I don’t want to go inside and transact with a rude attendant that will not look at me when I am speaking. I have a Chevron gas card issued by my employer. I like to support my local store. However, if they don’t get the pump working so I can use it conveniently then I will go out of my way to get gas. I am the manager for our gas cards at my employer. I can readily switch to a different gas card and not buy from Chevron. Only did so to support local. However if they don’t respect me then I won’t buy there

Please hire people that have a basic knowledge of math. I was just shorted five dollars on a gas purchase due to the lady not knowing how to count change. Instead of counting it by hand she use some type of cup that miss calculated. Then when I went inside to let her know her number was off she proceeded to berate me, curse at me, yell, and become very argumentative,. I expect immediate resolution on this matter. It’s not about the five dollars because that’s easy money to come by it’s the principle about how I was treated. I plan on taking this as far as possible until I am addressed respectfully. I have the employees information and I can give you the date and the time of this incident. I am a local resident that frequent this location and in my 10 years of being here I have never encountered such a low level of professionalism ever! I expect a response back from the owner of this location acceptuously!

They held $50 for $15 worth of gas if you use a debit card at the pump. Not worth it. It's been 4 days it's still pending. NEVER GETTING GAS AT CHEVRON. It's so inconvenient for other people out there that don't have much right now. Just a heads up!

Impatient owner/cashier, rudely asked me to step aside while I was unlocking my debit card to pay. You can find another chevron with better prices within a mile.

Needed to get gas this morning on the way to work. Waited at window for several minutes. Attendant completely oblivious to me standing there in the rain. He was counting his till. Speaker on and you could hear the change clank as he counted it and tossed it in plastic containers. No acknowledgment of me; didn't even look up. Really? This gentleman needs basic customer service training. That's not how you treat a customer, especially a Chevron retiree.
