I love shopping this store. I can usually find what I’m looking for and the staff are very helpful. My complaint is with the dressing room. It was disgusting so much trash on the floor the lighting is horrible and no hooks to hang your items, very disappointing.

Store was a mess and the associate i asked for assistance was very unhelpful. First she sends me in a random direction to search for what i was looking for then when i asked again she says they were out without checking anything. Will not be going back there.

I came in the today with my daughter to purchase soccer shoes. As we walked through the door, we were greeted by Fred with a friendly smile and "Welcome in!" We spent well over half and hour trying multiple soccer shoes and different sizes. Fred was super helpful and patient with my daughter in finding the right fit. I also observed him helping other customers and he was just as helpful and professional as he was with us. We would come back to this particular store again because of the level of customer service provided by Fred.

big 5 products are fine but what is not good are the guns!I had a return and was sent to the gun department to return it. I actually said "Youre gonna make me look at guns to return this"? Yes, So I didnt look at them.

The manager seems like she lives a misrebale life. Went to renew my fsc and she acted like it was the biggest burden for her. Csnt wait till they close this location down.

You never have anything that we need. We need women’s and girls volleyball shoes and shorts. Not all about basketball and soccer. Customer service sucks.

I went to Big 5 in Fairfield and Pinole,California. Both places had fabulous service! The Pinple Big 5 carries more shoe sizes thar fit the average person.

It's a pretty good big 5. The staff is helpful, but they are understaffed. They don't have a lot of options for things like wrestling shoes, but they have them.
