I won't be returning to this disorganized store. The staff and managers were incredibly rude, especially Antonio, who gave me a hostile look. I'm done with this place.

Place is organized and clean well stocked and is one of the rare places in this area where all of the staff I've interacted with are very helpful and seem happy.

I love shopping this store. I can usually find what I’m looking for and the staff are very helpful. My complaint is with the dressing room. It was disgusting so much trash on the floor the lighting is horrible and no hooks to hang your items, very disappointing.

Store was a mess and the associate i asked for assistance was very unhelpful. First she sends me in a random direction to search for what i was looking for then when i asked again she says they were out without checking anything. Will not be going back there.

I came in the today with my daughter to purchase soccer shoes. As we walked through the door, we were greeted by Fred with a friendly smile and "Welcome in!" We spent well over half and hour trying multiple soccer shoes and different sizes. Fred was super helpful and patient with my daughter in finding the right fit. I also observed him helping other customers and he was just as helpful and professional as he was with us. We would come back to this particular store again because of the level of customer service provided by Fred.

big 5 products are fine but what is not good are the guns!I had a return and was sent to the gun department to return it. I actually said "Youre gonna make me look at guns to return this"? Yes, So I didnt look at them.
