I went to this store to get a SIM card for my Nokia phone. The guy they asked to help me was very helpful, but in the back of my mind I wondered about his knowledge of the product. he recommended a card, but he called it a plan. the plan is from a company called simple mobile out of Miami Fla. surprise surprise, he sold me the wrong card ! it didn't even fit my phone. no worries, I went back the next day to get a refund and try another store. another surprise-out of my $ 28 dollars spent they only offered to refund me 1 dollar. that's right 1 dollar. when I protested, they gave me the number of "simple mobile" and gave me a few phony, "sorry sir" s. the guy who sold me the "plan" was up at the register and bighting back on his laughter. I just got hustled by best buy and their simple friend from Miami. the customer service lady from simple mobile, a denizen of the Indian sub continent hung up on me after telling me to go back to the store where I made the purchase. Here's my 28 cents worth- stay outta Best Buy- every location if possible. I done spent my last dollar there. Another disgruntled crime victim.

3/19/24. Being a good steward to natural resources is important. I've been walking through the waste of continuously running water that overflows from Best Buy Pinole property for months. What a waste of water and money. The leaks are near the bus stop benches with adds for my favorite lawyer Ahn Phoong. Finally about one month ago I emailed the Best Buy corporate office that they should have this remedied. Never heard back. Today I spoke to a young man identifying as a Pinole manager, Diego. He believes his general manager is aware of the situation already but says he will follow up. C'mon Diego do the right thing so I can up the rating.

DO NOT BUY AT BEST BUY, Everything on best buy is terrible, worst experience ever, need help buying? Nobody is on the floor to do it, if you're lucky they send you away because that is not their field, so find help is going to take time and walk on the store for a while, no enough they had old advertising that trick you, and later you wanna get whole package, and they not back it up, watch out, returning is a nightmare cause the bad service and advantageous company policy, do not pay on cash or you gonna wait ten days to get it back, besides the trouble they give you to return your item, but wait, still more, wanna help or resolve it over the company's phone? Lol they are rude, careless and a lot of time wasted after couple calls that is better give up or resign on. Many friends and followers agree with me. Never buy anything at best buy again.

Went to get my grandson a phone, of course they didn't have it in stock but they had another that was $100 more and no case or protector. Why show merchandise that you don't have in stock? Why sell phones without accessories?

We were told by another Best Buy that these guys were the Samsung watch experts. They are not (I guess they're phone experts). They were of little help, and the first person who tried to help us provided nothing. I would have rated them lower, but the second guy was friendly and did try to help.

I bought a refurbished dji online. When i received the package, the controller was still logged into the previous owners profile. Getting an appointment with the GeekSquad was quick. Once I got there, it was maybe a 3 minute wait, and the employee got my remote wiped clean, all synced up, and ready to fly. Took about 15 minutes!
