The store looks desolate. Geek squad only tells you what they can't do. Looking for a 65-in TV and all the floor associates were busy on their phones or talking to each other. I wandered around for a good 10 or 15 minutes in the TV section. Nobody acknowledged me until I was walking out the door.

Horrible customer service. Waited at the geek squad line for over 45min without being acknowledged by the employee. Once I asked for assistance the employee directed me to the front registers to complete a geek squad replacement of some product. Entire transaction took less than 3 minutes.

The store was literally empty and I chose the curbside option. Waited 30 minutes and had to go inside. What’s the point of curbside then? Unfortunately it’s the only Best Buy in my area, but once before they had me wait 1 HOUR to just put a screen protector and the employees were goofing off while I waited not doing anything. Below one star if I could in terms of customer service and at all

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and attentiveness of the employees at this location. I walked around this store for nearly a half hour looking for someone to assist me with purchasing a gift for my son's birthday. I even asked for help several times and was told by employees that they were either busy or couldn't be of assistance.
Several employees were standing around having personal conversations with each other or walking around trying to appear busy to avoid customer interaction. I came into your store to give you my hard earned money!!
I'd just worked a 10hr shift as a bus driver and got off the freeway on my way home which was a total waste of time. I kept going and drove into Vallejo to complete my purchase.
You guys need to do better. Much better. Customer service isn't what it use to be anymore. This is another reason why we are loosing so many of our brick and mortar stores. Next time I'll just shop online.

The staff here are really nice and friendly, but unfortunately, the shelves are often empty. It feels like the store is on the brink of going out of business, similar to other Best Buy locations. It's not a terrible place, but don't expect to find everything you're looking for. If you need to see a product in real life, this might be worth a visit, but there's a chance it won't be in stock when you get there.

On-Sales or bargain items are mostly listed as Sold Out or unavailable at any Best Buy locations. Unsure it is Best Buy Company Sales tactics or just by this Pinole Stores.
