I met with Jade today to open a business account and has the most pleasant and chill interaction with her. She walked me through everything I needed, was very thorough and was very patient with me. She has a great sense of humor and I left in a better mood when all was done. Bank of America, hang onto her. She's a gem!

The worst BoA that I have ever visited. If you want to waste an hour in line - welcome here! 1 teller even though a line was 7+ people and when 2nd teller showed up, first one just disappeared. I spent 45min in line. There were disabled ppl in the line too…

I’ve been a cliente with Bank of America since 1997 After all this time I’m supposedly considered as a preferred customer witch I didn’t feel like it today Thanks to Rhonda Johnston the financial center Manager and Ariel Phillips they did a very poor job @ handling the situation with our concerns , nothing was clear or made sense about what we’ve been told . So when I asked if they want me to close my accounts after all this years Ariel said OK it up to U have a good day they didn’t care @ all and on the top of that they had no manners and a bad attitude .if I could give 0 star I would.

Bank of America is really going down with customer services. I went into Pinole branch this morning with my elderly father . Online appts we're booked for some time and we decided to walk in . The tellers were rude and not accommodating at all . Instead of taking care of us they sent us to another branch . They state the protocol because of covid is by appt ... but hilltop was willing to help us ! Horrible service !

The short hours are not customer service friendly and there is always a huge line. Closing at 4pm is ridiculous. How are working people supposed to do their banking? Using COVID19 as a reason for short work hours is just plain lazy. If I had a choice I'd bank somewhere else. Frustrating!!!!

Before visiting Pinole branch I called customer care asked about the procedure to get my account separated since it was joint account. They told me that I have to sign document and both of the account holders should be present. We both were there and after wait of half n hr to 45 mins my turn came and I told made request to the person. First she said I have to get notary done and when I told her I already checked and customer care told me this then she said ok we will do it I dint know coz terms are recently changes. THEN SHE checKED WITH OTHER WHO WAS DENYING TO MAKE THE REQUIRED CHANGE AND WANTED US TO SCHEDUEL APPOINTMENT. At the end she I was not helped cozfoe no solid reason and told us to come again..

After my closest local branch closed for in-person services due to COVID, I found B of A in Pinole. I've had to make several in-person trips and each time I was greeted by smiling and helpful staff. A HUGE shout out to * Jade Herbert * for all her extra care, help, and especially for having such a cheery demeanor despite all the craziness. Thank you!!

Amazing customer service!! Stopped in last week with my son to cash his first paycheck. The teller asked about opening an account (which we were planning on WF) but the energy was awesome here. Had a few questions so manager Ashley came over to chat and we scheduled appt for a few days later. Came back and met with Jade to open account. So kind, understanding, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Taught my son everything about his new account from setting up the app to using the atm. I want to say THANK YOU JADE, ASHLEY, & the TELLER (can't remember his name:/) for the wonderful experience for my son's first bank account!!

Big contrast with Rollingwood... here I was politely acknowledged, on time, by a clean and courteous employee... who kept his attention on me until we were finished.
