I recently bought a 2005 Honda Pilot and have been replacing parts and upgrading here and there the last couple of months. The employees at the Fitzgerald Drive location have been great every one of them! They're professional, knowledgeable have great communication skills and they're friendly as well! The products they sell are quality and reliable with prices in a reasonable range. They offer many services as well for low or even no cost. I highly recommend this store and company for your automotive needs, you won't be disappointed!! A special thanks to Camille for helping me with my headlights today, she was great all around and with a fun sense of humor!

Excellent service. Very helpful. Checked battery, checked alternator. Bad battery,got new one. Anthony replaced it. And im back on the road. Thank you Anthony! Always come here. And will always ask Anthony for his help.

Went for a battery change employer broke off a piece then told me he couldn't change the battery another employee comes out and says that's not his fought I never said it was sounds like guilty conscious

Only had 1 experience here. Was looking for a lugnut for my car since my stud and lugnut got crossthreaded.. Came to the store, and a 2nd person came up to the front to help me while the first worker helped another person. He checked for my lugnuts and they didn't have it. He offered to check the stock at the 2 closest autozones for me and was able to confirm they had them in stock. Also apparently you can pay for items at 1 autozone and pick up at another store for easier checkout! Pretty convenient. Anyways I appreciate the help and the fact someone came up to help almost immediately when they saw me waiting in line.

My headlights completely went out about 8:10pm on Saturday night! It was getting really dark and I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it to a place where I can purchase new headlights! As I was driving realized there was an auto zone in Pinole, Ca! So I decided to go there and walked on a woman helped me but I didn’t get her name! Also there was a very nice and helpful young gentlemen that helped me pick out the right head lights and also changed them out for me! I am very appreciative for his help bc i wouldn’t have been able to make the drive home w/o my headlights working properly! Thank you Jose .m.
