Terrible service. Lost our return for 2 years, did not return phone calls, couldn't find our file, etc, etc.

We had an appointment for March 22,2023 at 2:00 pm and when we showed up they said leave your paperwork and it would be 2 weeks before they do your return and its April 12, 2023 and still no return done and its just a simple EZ two person return ! Whats up HR Block
