I dropped my car off for a standard oil change and tune-up - I was told the wait would be about 2 hours and they would call me if it would be longer. After waiting a few hours, I returned to the shop to check on the status and it was closed. The next day, my car was ready and I was presented with a $700 bill?!?!? no communication besides drop off and pick up.

Nothing wrong to write about the service station, but just a Heads up, no more 100 Octane Racing Gas!! I went this morning, pump was NOT working. I called later and the gentleman on the phone told me they will NO LONGER sell 100 Octane! How sad!

I really appreciated the service I got. They fit me right in and gave me excellent advice about the failing antilock braking system on my Prius. Their advice was trustworthy and thorough. Can't recommend enough!

Tidy gas station in a good location in Piedmont. And especially interesting because they carry Sunoco SS 100, which is a street-legal 100 octane race gasoline. Not cheap, but can be used in a mix for cars that're happier on 93+ octane fuels (e.g., turbocharged Porsches).I'll be back!

Great small shop managed by two friendly brothers. I had a flat tire and they fixed my problem with no appointment in less than 30 min. They mentioned that they are thinking about moving out because they don't get enough business and the shop is a little isolated from main commercial places. It is great to have them in the neighborhood so I hope they get more business from the local community!

I just moved from Florida and was a bit nervous finding a new mechanic because it's such a process. The guys at Piedmont Service Station were super kind, honest, and efficient. They helped repair my car and helped me find ways to lower the price. They made the whole process painless and they've definitely got a new customer for the extent of my time in the Bay.

I had a nail in my tire, and stopped at Piedmont Service Station based on another Yelp review. Rueben helped fix my tire with a patch on the spot in less than 15 minutes. I'll be back for future car service, simply based on how timely and customer-focused they are.

Juan did an inspection on a new car that I was buying. He was very helpful. Toyota One service center was trying to get me to do $1050 worth of maintenance services. Juan was transparent and said yes, they are important... in 20-30K miles. Juan is my new (to me) car's mechanic moving forward.
