Linda Beach has been a perfect fit for our child and our family. It is a lovely community of parents, wonderful staff, and a perfect balance of learning and play for the children. The additional gymnastics and spanish supplements are a bonus that we didn't anticipate but are very appreciative of. We are grateful for this caring environment during a crucial developmental time for our son. We highly recommend if you are looking for a cooperative preschool.

Our children love Linda Beach. The caring environment, educational activities, and overall fun play-based curriculum lend itself to be a very wonderful preschool. We recommend it for anyone looking for a part-time preschool in the Oakland area.

Linda Beach is a wonderful place for preschool. Play based with teachers who are amazing and creative. A great place for preschoolers to grow in confidence and be ready for Kindergarten.As a family, we loved the community that LBCP gave us. We were new to the Bay area and we're able to meet some of our closest friends through the school.

If I could keep my children little and at Linda Beach forever I would. The teachers are wonderful, the children are nurtured, I love being able to volunteer in the classroom, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it is play based. In the classroom there are activities for all interests- play kitchen, dinosaurs, puzzles, construction vehicles, dress up, blocks, play dough, arts and crafts, stuffed animals, dolls and much much more!There is a wonderful outside space where they can ride bikes, play in the sand, play on the playground etc. Both my kids have created the cutest little friendships here and it is such a welcoming community. I would highly encourage anyone with preschool aged kids to consider Linda Beach.

After looking at several preschools, linda beach stood out to us as the clear winner. They had a lovely culture with high parental involvement, which makes it feel like you are joining a community. The kids get an unparalleled level of support and education, from Spanish to field trips. And they are so so organized, which doesn't seem like a big deal but absolutely is - it is one less thing you have to be frustrated by as a busy parent.We really can't recommend Linda beach enough and the proof is in how our daughter is - she has thrived in her two years here and is beyond ready for preschool. She loves it and so do we!

My daughter has been going to LBCP for two years and has grown tremendously during that time. The teachers, curriculum, play-based learning and parent community have given my daughter the emotional, social and academic readiness she has needed to smoothly transition into Kindergarten. The teachers at LBCP are like no others and offer a loving, empathetic and patient environment where all children feel welcome and truly enjoy coming to school. Extracurricular activities include gymnastics and Spanish classes every week. Even with our daughter being eligible for T-K, after much deliberation we decided to keep her at LBCP for another year given how much growth she was experiencing and how happy she has been.Our son will begin in the Fall and we can say with confidence that Linda Beach has been a wonderful experience for our children and highly recommend it for others seeking preschool.

LBCP is a wonderful school, filled with caring, experienced teachers that embrace play based learning. Our son grew tremendously socially, we are so thankful for our time at Linda Beach and recommend this school for anyone interested in social emotional growth, and establishing a positive learning experience for their preschooler.

We chose Linda Beach Cooperative Preschool because it is play-based; something our family greatly believes in. My daughter loves going to school and wishes a 5-day curriculum was offered. She comes home singing in Spanish, reciting rhymes, teaching me about animals that she's exposed to during visits from the Junior Center, the list goes on and on. After relocating to the Bay Area from Arizona, we wanted a place where our daughter could feel comfortable immediately, and start thriving right away. She has done both, and for that we are so grateful. I only wish there was a 5-day Pre-K curriculum and/or after school care - 3 hours just doesn't seem enough for her! =)
