Baseball and soccer fields. Batting cage at the far end. Multiple bathrooms. Parking for at least 20 cars, maybe 30.

Cozy little field for soccer. Baseball diamond has much more space and there's a batting cage at the back. Parking is limited though.

The soccer field is overgrown, and has real drainage issues in some places (i.e., swamplike when it rains). A great location, that suffers from bottleneck parking design.With no lighting, it is sorely limited for wintertime use.
