Never come to this bank again if you want to do anything under 30 minutes! The manager is always in meetings or taking a dump because he's never around when they need approval. Slow as molasses that people just get up and walk away. What are you doing here Wells Fargo? About to take my money to BMO!

Came here around noon during the week. Lobby fills up quick and the line moves a little slow. Still, at the window the woman that helped me was friendly and thanked me for my patience. After finishing my transaction, I asked the attendant for some coin rolls and she was happy to supply some. I recommend this location for convenience and positive custom interaction. Bonus: se habla Español.

9 out of 10 times you'll encounter long lines, slow service, and 2 tellers on a good day. It's a large bank with minimum help. Get it together management. Get the lines going

banks was terrible customer service this bitch took the check i was finna deposit and had me sit in the lobby for 40 whole minutes just to hear it didn't verify but when i went to a whole other bank it worked right away.

Horrible service, there's a line only one teller.. there're tellers or worker's on background, they don't do thing.. just watch the one working. Take your money somewhere else.

They have 2 tellers during their busiest time of the day. Why? The manager decides to go stand with her tablet talking to people instead of helping to get the line down when it’s to the door. Do better Wells Fargo. Hire more people.

Worse service ever!!! 6 tellers doing NOTHING and RUDE of course. one open cashier and waited on the line over 30 minutes. At least the young guy (only one working) tried to do his best ? that star to him.

This branch scores a ZERO. They only have 2 tellers that are slow. It takes 45 minutes on average and sometimes longer to do a transaction. Management should be fired!!! What a joke!!!! This place should be shut down

Worst branch ever. Always a line over 10 people and 1 or 2 tellers open. Don't come here unless necessary. About a 30 minute to an hr wait just to see a teller. Staff are very friendly though.

Always wait tooooo long in line a hr and always one or two tellers… WF help out this branch with more employees. The staff is always nice despite there’s a long wait.

Even after having an appointment had to wait more than an hour for a notary service and later was told they are checking on something and kept checking...had to lastly take a call to abort and leave....not expected out of professional notaries who can't even verify document they can notarize or not! Frustrating experience after a long wait
