I will no longer be using Walmart for anything that needs to be shipped. They use FedEx and FedEx does not deliver as promised. I waited three consecutive days for a cat litter box to be delivered by FedEx and each time, the FedEx person said the adult recipient was unavailable when I was sitting at home waiting for it. I called Walmart and they said they tried and no one answered. Wow, total BS.

Just a heads up they closed all their self check out. They only have 5 checkers on each side. Only 3 are open at a time. The line wrapped around on both sides. I was in line for 40 min. Also they make you bag your own stuff even at the lane where they scan your items. It was already so bad with their receipt system (had a person grab my phone to look at the receipt and start scrolling to find the 5.00 Pepsi out of my 450.00 cart of items) Their prices aren't that much cheaper than Food4Less down the street(even higher in the meat department) to make waiting 45 min in line worth it. And the perk of using the Walmart+ lanes is gone. So there is really no point in having it unless you have your stuff delivered often. Employees are also so rude and lazy. This store doesn't teach customer service at all. I believe everyone should have to work retail and food service at one point in their life to not only know how to treat workers with respect because they know how hard it is and how awful people can be but to learn customer service. How to be kind and helpful even in frustrating situations. To actually help people solve their problems. But this store teaches the opposite. Since the pandemic all customer service has gone down hill. But this store is awful. They are literally on their phones while sticking shelves. It's bad enough when it's a third party vendor who is speaking loudly and taking up all the space. But when it's an employee it's even worse. And so many do it. They are on their AirPods talking. I get the CEO wants to cut back in theft (even though Walmart is the one who lead the mainly self checkout craze ) but they need to remodel AGAIN to add more lanes. And I hope they fired whoever decided to add all the self check out thinking they would save money on cashiers. Now it's the consumer who has to deal with the consequences. The money Walmart loses from theft at the register isn't even a tiny dent compared to what they make. It's about time another retail company comes along to compete with Walmart and Target. Walmart has it cornered and knows they can get away with anything.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am not from this area but was here for a soccer tournament. I was told by the person handling the empty checkout machines that I had to stand in a line with two open cashiers because I didn't pay the monthly fee for Walmart. I have never even heard of this before and had to stand in line with 15 other costumers while the checkout machines were all empty. There are at least 20 check out machines all empty. I will never come here again!

I understand people not being happy working there. There is a way to talk to people and a way to treat people. This is the third time someone treats me like a thief. Before calling anyone anything, look at my receipt, my cart, compare all the items I am carrying if something doesn't match then treat me like a thief. It's embarrassing enough to be called a thief in front of other people. I know they don't care if I come back or not but I won't be. But don't treat people like that.

Employee had the glass open already and refused to get me a 2 dollar bar soap. She said I needed to press the button AND they were gonna take it to the front for me. I told her I would buy it somewhere else. The fact that there is soap, Stridex, underwear, socks and all these other necessities behind glass is ridiculous. This is why people go to Amazon instead of Walmart+.

This Walmart has the worst customer service I went with my brother and we were waiting to get something that was locked up for 20 minutes, i'm assuming that the worker was talking to us was the manger and that she was sending someone but it took them at least 8 minutes to come. This store also doesn't come with apply pay.

I downloaded the app for an online order and pick up. The associate did not have the full order and said he would get the other items. He never returned. The app said my delivery was complete. I waited 20 minutes and finally asked another associate for help. I no longer use this service and uninstalled the app. I now share to all my friends and neighbors of my horrible experience.I hear that employees experience maltreatment by management. I will continue to enable them.

Everything is LOCKED UP !!! 40 mins to get a $2 item, i had to ask 8 employees if they can open a damn door, the button doesn't work you HAVE to ask a real human to get them to open it, otherwise you will be there FORVER
