Many issues but I will share two important ones.1.) They will tell you they don’t have your medication in stock, but do have it in stock when you have someone else unknown to them call and ask for you. This happens minutes apart on the same day. They will bluff you with lies thinking you won’t catch their nonsense. If something is prescribed by an MD, mind your medical business because you could be contributing to interfering with treatment aka health.2.) They are not savvy with understanding insurance. They tried charging me full price for a prescription that they argued was not covered. Ironically, I switched pharmacies and was covered 100% and no delay time, plus friendlier techs. Also, they tried giving me 14/28 days of a prescription. This has happened more than once.They assume the public is ignorant, when it is vice versa. Pay attention to what you need, because they get paid to and do not care to service you correctly nor righteously. They get personal with arguing, which is super unprofessional; but I’m not surprised.

I called the pharmacy to see if Ken was there cause they needed my doc to change prescriptions well a lady answered and said o we are closing at 1:30 and will open at 2:30 it's 1:15 I said can you call real quick cause there ready for call cause it's been 3 days I get bad migraines I need it but I was polite she said no we close at 1:15 and won't be back till 2:15 to call then I told her I thought u said 1:30 she said no 1:15 but I can't help till 2:30 and I said I thought you said call back at 2:15 she said fine call at 2:15

The big guy who tends to be around the pet isle / cleaning supplies does a wonderful job. Everytime I see him he's always working hard and keeping everything very organized. He's very helpful as well.

This evening experience was a nightmare, its a shame when upper management argues with you and with my case i was discriminated against and accused of tampering with the merchandise... We came across some dog food under the wrong sticker price having notice of the mistake i snaped a picture to provide to the cashier Proof of the false advertising... witch was desputed .. By several employees I spoke with the assistant manager whom name is Joseph... He did not honor nor acknowledged the mistake his company made. Instead he stated even after providing him with the picture i just had taken a half and hour prior.. He denied the photo was taken there at the store i went to the details of the photo which shows date and time the picture was taken so now he cant deny these facts. The next word out of his mouth really offened me. " how do i know you or a customer moved it".? oh man that pissed me off now being called a liar he and his team stated that they did a. Check and they didnt find nothing misplaced.. I contacted head of security a lovely woman named Michelle and explained to her the whole drama at which she then went to check the cameras to discredit the allegations afainst me from store employees and assistant manager Joseph . we waited over 30 minutes..looked at by other customers as "The Bad Guys" it was very humiliating and embarrassing my mother whom is 71 years old.. And I standing right by the registers with multiple walmart employees standing by us and making a scene.... Was horrible but whatever not my fault.... We ended up getting this $40.00 bag of purebalance 30lb bag of dog food for the ssticker prices as shown in the asile.. Which was $16.88..... They need to make sure they stick there products in the right spots to avoid further confrontation with customers and employees shame on you Joseph for calling me a liar in lighter tems you need to be retrained or removed from your postion asap. Ive worked in security for 7yrs i own a 2018 camaro.... I dont need to bs no one... You failed to keep the customer service your goal. You failed to hold your company accountable for thier mistake.. You embarrassed my mother and I by arguing with me over this matter... Assuming and making false statements.. I hope you hear about this from the store manager whom i will be calling 1st thing tomorrow morning.
