On several occasions, employees have complained about the weight of our packages and amount as well. We ship with USPS Priority Mail and the weight limit is 70lbs. Our packages are no way near 70lbs, or over 20lbs ever. When we drop off more than 8 packages they complain and tell us to take them somewhere else. Employees clearly do not want to do their job.

Not a good post office. No blue boxes on site to make a quick and easy drop off. Closes for an hour and a half every weekday for lunch which is excessive and frankly they should stagger lunches so that the office doesn't have to completely shut down. Not open on Saturdays. If you're West of the 605 you're better off going to the one on Passons in Pico Rivera; if you're East of the 605, the one on Norwalk Blvd. in Whitter is your best bet.

Conveniently located in shopping center. It is a smaller post office but has supplies available to get your stuff mailed if needed. Does get busy at times, but the clerk Jessica is great. She's always friendly anf helpful.

All I have to say is please retrain your staff at this location. I do not want to out nobody. But if every time I have to come and get told to go to a different location to ask a simple question. Is shocking and honestly it just doesn't make sense to have to someone who doesn't know anything at the front desk. This employee couldn't give me a number to call or anything , he literally asked to help the next person in line. That's rude , you don't do that to someone whose asking for help. This guy just didn't wanna help me & went on his phone smh

Paid for 2 day shipping with a tracking # and they lost my package in there own warehouse. No response ever other than an automated email that I wasted my time responding to. 4 visits and 5 calls later im still short over 400 because they don't know what happen to my package after I gave it to them. Don't waist you time and money go els where. You don't even get a sympathetic follow up or apology they just ignore you till you get tired of following up.

I went to the post office about a week ago & asked for a stamp for a Christmas card to send abroad. I received the card back stating it was short on stamps one day before Christmas. The post office is closed today & now my letter will not arrive before Christmas. I am very disappointed.

Walked in the treacherous heat to get here at 2:00 pm, only to find that the place had closed at 12:30 pm, not just for lunch mind you but FOR THE REST OF THE DAY! (09/05/19). What's up with that? Where's the 110% output? Are people making their own working hours now at the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE OFFICE? Wow! I wish I could have done that in my beloved UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS! OORAH, SEMPER FI!

There is always a line since there is only one guy working here... honestly just go to the main post office in front of El Rancho HS, much quicker!!!
