Was here at 1:15 pm expecting it to open back up at 1:30 pm. Lunch is posted from 12pm to 1:30 pm. Im here waiting to see what time they open back up so I can post about the terrible service here. It is now 2:19 pm and an hour is all I can waste.

worst service on this location the fat lady with glasses didn’t wanted to help me!!! she was just chilling sitting down with the A/C !!!! i told her i needed a box she said they don’t have any!!! i asked for a label and that she can’t do that!!!! i asked so what boxes do they have she said any because she haven’t checked the back for inventory because it was too hot to be back there !!!! what kind of service is this !!! i had to drive to santa fe springs usps for a simple box and label !!! y’all need better employees

The lady here is very rude. Every time I come in she rolls her eyes at me and gives me attitude. I will be going to a different post office from now on because of how rude she is.

It sucks I see reviews here that have to do with people being mad that they have no consideration of time when they show up to do a lengthy transaction like a passport "2" mins before passport transactions end. That of course is if the person even had 2 minutes to begin with. Using reviews to blame people for our own irresponsibility is just sad. That being said, I went in today to ship a package and the front office people were super helpful. I felt guilty for being one of those people who waited till the last minute to ship a xmas item. The cashier was very informative and pleasant.

I don't understand the bad reviews here? I've been coming here since I was a kid and The customer service here is always EXCEPTIONAL! And I'd like to give a personal shout out to the two Helpful Ladies behind the desk those being Sandra and (oh Man I forgot her name) but she handles passports and she's LOVELY! They helped me out so much here and were very nice and professional throughout my entire experience. Not once did I feel rushed or disrespected by their staff here at the Passons Post office. They are very thorough with their service and I even received my expedited passport SOONER than I expected. And whats more? I was even able to send my very important mail overseas during this COVID scare. If that's not great service I don't know what is! Thank you so much Passons Post! Love you guys! Aaron

A P.O. Box is the best. If you're away for weeks they keep your mail safe. Max home delivery hold is only thirty days.
