The store looked clean and fully stocked. Chelsey did a great job with my wax service and pressed firmly and delicately for the whole process. She was friendly and welcoming, made me feel very comfortable. No pain at all, she knows what she's doing! Thank you ?

Absolutely incredible experiences at this spot! I had so many questions about my orders and beauty items and I can't overstate how much I appreciated Naomi and Priscilla's patience, kindness, and expert-level understanding of everything when they helped me out.
I felt encouraged to ask questions by Naomi, who was tremendously helpful while I was figuring out how to do my return.
I recently started shopping at Ulta for all my beauty items and make purchases online frequently. The service and assistance I received from Naomi during this in-store trip solidified for me why I will keep making my purchases here (instead of from the black and white place).

i love this place i love coming because i love makeup and normally the cashiers are nice but the cashier naomi with the blonde hair with the red on the bottom and the thin eyebrows was so rude. They threw my change at me. that was completely unnecessary when i literally did absolutely nothing. i kept a nice smile on my face but their customer service was horrible. the attitude they had was not needed.

The staff at this location is absolutely horrible. I walked in to make an exchange and grab an item I was told would be on the floor this morning. I was not greeted by a single person during my whole visit. The workers were standing around talking to each other about “being nice pays off” and still did not offer me any help. I walked to the register where I assumed I could ask my question while processing my exchange; I was wrong. Aaliyah, was very unpleasant. She condescending about the exchange and rude about the question. I will not be coming back but this store should do better.

I usually don't come here a lot because things are cheaper online and the people working here are NEVER helpful in any way. I usually wonder if they're even interested in makeup judging by the emotionless/rude and uninspiring interactions I've had there but today I had a really friendly and professional interaction with the girl called Sarah (teal/green hair)! She went above and beyond so even though I didn't plan to buy more than I came for (no money lol) I took the opportunity to ask her a question and her recommendation led me to purchase a second item. Yall should be more like Sarah ?

-1 star If i were able to give a negative review to this location I would , The workers are awfully rude and dismissive towards clientele, For instance , I saw a lady go in today and she asked for assistance in finding the tinted moisturizers, despite such a simple task the staff proceeded to ignore the lady and lie in her face telling her they didn't carry any tinted moisturizers despite there being a fully stocked section full of them.

The 5 stars is for the great experience with Priscilla on 7/27/24. While the you girl that was called over to help me at the Mac area couldn’t recommend anything since they were out of what I needed and didn’t seem to be knowledgeable on other brands or skin concerns, Priscilla stepped in after allowing the young girl room to try. I loved and bought what she recommended and appreciate the time she took to help me find a good substitute for the concealer I needed.
The store itself is never well stocked and rarely has good colors for the demographic they serve. Regardless, this location is better than the Downey Landing location. Props to Priscilla for her knowledge and great customer service..

Got my makeup and hair done here two days ago for an event. When it came to getting my makeup done they barely had any products to actually do my makeup, the artists was basically scraping product out of the makeup kit items and telling me to rub it all over my face. I then washed my face TWICE after I got home from the event and two days later I’m here with styes on my eyes. The makeup kit itself looked disheveled and dirty, not sure if they routinely replace these items or wash the brushes… Now let’s get to the hair, I had explained to the artist doing my makeup what I wanted to do for my hair, in which she relayed to the hairstylist. As I sat in the chair the hairstylist didn’t say a single word to me and just got started on my hair. I was looking for just a straightening with my ends flipped out. I proceeded to get nothing I asked for as he just went to town on my hair and I ended up with beach waves, I was in a rush so at this point I didn’t even care anymore I just wanted to get out of there.
Then when it came to my bill I was charged for a blowout, when he literally spent a maximum of 8 minutes on my hair just flat ironing waves into it… won’t be back. Maybe wash or change your makeup? Gross.
