Came into this store on January 9, 2024 and purchased some Brie cheese only to take it home and realize it had expired in NOVEMBER of 2023. Absolutely disgusting...and I have a baby so I don't have time to be driving back to the store for a refund. So I called the 1-800 number and the representative informs me she can only send me gift card for $5 (not even how much I paid for it) in 2-3 business days. Loss for target so so many

I had the worst target experience here. I love target, I've gone to many with great service. However, the skinny dark haired boy working the self checkout area was ridiculously rude with bad attitude and service. We were waiting at the self checkout line for quite sometime over 20 minutes. Not the problem, we had no problem waiting it was the fact that when we were next in line (after he's seen us in line for a while) he tells us we can't pay in self checkout while he's telling us he's pushing our cart out of the line. He told us we can't have over 10 items. Now I understand, however we did not see the sign of 10 items or less until we were up next because the sign was only near the register, so we told him we waited for so long and did not know (we only had 12 small items btw) and he said "no no it doesn't work like that you need to get out the line." SO RUDE AND CLEARLY HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. This guy needs to be working in the back with no communication with customers or needs training with how to communicate and work with customers. I've been a manager at stores for a long time so I understand when things like this happen, HOWEVER there's a way to handle it. I love target and I can't believe I've had to experience a bad time there.

Tell me why in the F*ck is there only 3 registers open at target every time I come . This is the only target that always puts 3 or less registers. It's pathetic I hate this store but it's the only store near my house . This store needs better management or regional manager. Long lines all the way to women's clothing . Come on Target pay the f attention. Buyers just want to get in and get out. Thats how you make money people . Hope target regional managers see this and fix this mess

A lot of perishable expired, be careful. And the dates on the meat not exactly accurate! I ate sirloin some days before expiration & took me four days to get that sht out my body. My body was going nuts. Im 32, and ive definitely learned! Good thing i kno the power of grapes, know the most poweful sources, kno probiotics, know raw honey, & already eat clean. Better me, than you, for real!!! If that expiration dont say a longgg time away, i wouldnt eat it, as a matter of fact, see if you can find a "when packaged date!" & keep receipt!.. idk this target been slacking lately imo and ive always had high regards for "tarjé" lol . Inside of meat could be very old. Wish i wouldve taken pictures :/ ! Used to love target but nvm now. Going to check in with butchers and health food markets from now on. The lines, vibes, quality, etc hit or miss. All locations ive been to are kind of the same.

The parking is the biggest downfall but that doesn't take away from my rating of target. I usually do pick up , my daughter knows we go to Menchies first and then drive up to a spot to get our order. But today, Ernesto went above and beyond to accommodate my order. He verified medicine was in my order and he checked the bags and didn't see it. He went back in to verify what happened. His customer service is exceptional! More places need an Ernesto!!!!

This one is a mess. It's close to my work so it can be convenient but damn it's soooo messy. Also, Annette at the customer service is rude. I have no clue how she has the customer service position. I'll stick to the target at the whittwood

Awful service, I told the manager about the restroom being dirty the manager just said we just cleaned it. Don't think I'll be stopping by again on our next visit to Los Angeles to this place again.

Customer service is the worst here--always long lines at the check out since they usually only have 2 cash registers open! The self check out line is even twice as long as the other lines! Come on Target! You can do better because I'm sure your profit margins are exponential! Managers see the long lines and do absolutely nothing about it! Keep it up and I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

I had to wait in line 25 plus minutes. Not sure why they put a new hire on register. C.C was extremely slow and took about 10 plus minutes per transaction. Not sure what's going on with management here.

There is a worker named Andy that supposedly helped me receive a 15 dollar gift card deal, we returned everything and then turned on the deal on the target circle app and he said it would only take a few hours to pop up but it never gave it to me so I contacted target customer service and they were luckily able to give me the 15 dollar gift card, and then today I purchased a 50 dollar apple gift card and when I tried redeeming it it said invalid code, Andy was my cashier again and when I went to go tell him what had happen he just said to call the number on the back when he probably didn't even activate it good. I don't recommend this target what so ever, only go here if you are in a dire situation that u need stuff.

Some of the employees at this location are ignorant and aren't trained properly some need to be observed to see if they're doing their job correctly.

I had never used the drive up service until today. Ordered a few items I needed in advance via my cell phone, waited three hours, arrived to the store and parked in a numbered parking stall. I notified the store that I was parked in front of the store and with four minutes, a store employee brought my merchandise out to me How easy was that process was my first thought. I will DEFINITELY be using this service more often as a means of not entering the store and purchasing items I do not need this saving me money.

This target sucks. Go anywhere else, workers are just kids with summer jobs. No one there knows what customer service is. Even the self check out machine is rude. Parking is dirty and sus. RUN !!!
