It was my first time to go to a KP Clinic in Target but I am very pleased. It is one of the best experiences I ever had when it comes to patient care. The nurse and the doctor have so much warmth, gentleness, and empathy.Thank you so much, Nurse Carolyn and Dr. Florence Kim ❤️

Waited 40 mins in the lobby while employees were in the back room hanging out and gossiping then got greeted and they seemed reluctant and uneager to help me even set up a basic appointment.

Great convenient and clean clinic. Had some sinus issues and was able to get a same day appointment which is rare with Kaiser. Was in and out and able to get some meds All staff was super nice and friendly!

The Kaiser Clinic inside Target is excellent! I called on a Monday to see if they had any appointments available because the main Kaiser Clinic in Downey was booked for a few months. I spoke to Nurse Priscilla and I was fortunate enough to book a phone appointment with her later on that day. During my phone appointment I was able to have an in person appointment the very next day for my annual physical. On my in person appointment on Tuesday I was greeted by Nurse Regina, she was very nice. She checked my height, weight and vitals and had me settle into the patient room. Only a few short minutes goes by before Nurse Practitioner (NP) Jasmine came into the room to conduct my annual physical. After NP Jasmine was finished, Nurse Regina came back into the room AND I was able to get my blood drawn in the same room! I thought I had to drive to the main Kaiser hospital to get my blood drawn. They also have a restroom next to the patient room where I was able to fill a urine sample cup. I was surprised that they could do it all at the same clinic, it's seriously way more convenient then having to go to a traditional Kaiser hospital where the wait takes too long and you go from the waiting room, to the patient room and then having to go down stairs to get your blood drawn. The Kaiser Clinic inside this Target was so quick and easy, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff are all very nice and took really good care of me. I got my lab results via email and the Kaiser app the very next day.

What a great appointment I had on 3/17/2020 9am. In the midst of this corona virus COVID-19, I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get a vaccine needed for school due the end of the month & not able to get an Appt this Kaiser clinic came in so handy! The wish I had the nurses name, but she was sweet she had a long pony tail and lululemon jacket. She was quick, fast & check in was super easy and simply. Didn't wait no more than 5 minutes. She was gentle! Ty for Your help :) I'll will def come back. Especially with this pandemic going on, this facility is a hidden gem

It's a pretty new facility. So it's really nice and clean. I recommend if you happen to go make an appointment first because if you walk in they most likely will be booked. When I walked in around 12 in the afternoon, they only had one last time slot and it was around 6pm. Shortly another woman came in after me with no appointment and they had to turn her away because this facility only has 2 doctors on site and they rotate with 2 other doctors. The doctor I saw that day was an Asian woman. I don't remember her name but after being sick for a week, i decide to lay off the NyQuil and other over the counter drugs and seek help. After her assessment she gave me a print out of drugs that were over the counter of what I should take and other health tips of what to do like drink fluids and get rest. Basically something I could just see on google and try aiding myself. There was things on the print out that i told her I already took and they didn't work but yet she didn't suggest of anything else I could take. When I go to the doctor I'm seeking help that over the counter drugs don't help me on. I thought that's what everyone did. I wouldn't leave till the doctor gave me a prescription of something that my insurance could actually cover so I don't have to pay for anything at the store. I mean isn't that why I oh for insurance. Either way I wouldn't see that specific doctor. Maybe other ones will be better. One star for the nice office and another for the lovely front desk assistant.
