Poor customer service. The lady attending me was frustrated because I was asking many questions. I'm an internet customer and was looking for television service. I did have many questions due to never doing television business with Spectrum. The spectrum representative needs customer service training.

You decided to try this company after their door-to-door salesman offered us a plan to try with no risk or charge for the first 30 days. I tried the service but didn't like it, and a week later, I was charged $49.99 for the first month. They did not honor their initial offer and refused to make it right. Avoid yourself a headache and don't do business with this company.

Do not come to this new facility. Customer service was descent but manager Yesenia was bad. She's trying to help everyone out but wasn't helping anyone if that makes sense. She was teaching new staff how to work the system and would stop to go help another while we waited because the person helping us was stuck again. We went to return a cable box and took an hour. There was other people waiting as well for Yesenia to go around and help everyone. Julian was good and tried his best to help. He was very apologetic for not being able to help us but Yesenia and other associates were discussing what to have for lunch. I don't like writing these type of reviews but hopefully this helps them improve.
