I been a customer for sometime and I forgot to pick up my items and not even a courtesy call to remind me to pick up my clothes and when I tried to pick up they already sold my clothes and the man just keep saying we need the money terrible customer service

I had been going to this dry cleaner for many many years . Let me tell you they do not care about customer loyalty . I had some clothes ruin there, after complaining about it, it took them several days for them to wanna even take responsibility for what the have done. the customer service is horrible they do not care about customer or even ruining clothes . I will be reporting them to the better Business Bureau !!

Be careful, I uses to take my suits here, but i forget, i left a suit there because i have alot, but i kept looking for one of my favorite suits, ? So i remember because i do travel and forgot, it was at the cleaner Sloan's. I received no phone calls, or text like my other cleaners Angel Cleaners who text or call you that your items are done. I went to pick up my suit, to be told it was donated......

I'm reporting Sloan's to the Better Business Bureau. They "lost" my clothes. Based on other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who has been a victim of this business.

The worst dry cleaner I have ever used. I brought a nice coat here to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, they claimed they didn't have the coat anymore and that it was "missing." They stated that they "just couldn't find it." DO NOT use their services.

Horrible service tried to have a sweat altered but was told it couldn't be done, not even let's see what we can do. Been to this place a few times. Time to find new cleaners as they're not the only game in town.

Was looking for a place to get my boyfriends pants hemmed and needed it the very next day! I dropped them off around 5pm and they assured me it would be ready the next day at 10am. I get there a little before 10 and they were ready to go!! I was so happy with the way they came out!! And it was only 8$! I took another 2 pairs already and we're excited to see the way they turn out.

I needed some clean shirts pressed. They were open early and I was able to drop them off on the way to work. They had them ready the next day and I picked them up on the way home. Great price and customer service. Going to be sending more work their way!

F-They lost two Nordstrom shirts kept promising to compensate never did.They claim they dry clean but I think they just wash and press. Don't really trust them.
