I drove by here a million times since it went into this location. Stopped in today looking for some Jordan's that I couldn't find in any other locations. Enter Oscar. As soon as I walked in he offered help and found exactly what I wanted. He was super friendly and amazing! He offered me the cleaner which I appreciate even though I already have it. A lot of the staff doesn't offer it. I will for sure return to this location to add to my collection because of Oscar's awesome service.

My mom wanted to stop by for a last minute Christmas gift. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a cheerful young man. He was so friendly, funny and helpful!!! He was excellent. After our purchase I thanked him as he walked out and he mentioned his name was Oscar. It was such a lovely customer service experience. If you need help ask dor Oscar!

They have a good selection of products but one specific employee is rude. I asked this employee to show me a shoe in a youth size (it was a gift) and he seemed annoyed by me for not knowing they were out. I went to go look at other shoes and when another associate asked me if I needed help, he let me know the shoe I originally wanted was available in 7W which is the same as 5Y. I wouldn't be surprised if they've lost sales for a) his arrogant rude attitude and b) not providing alternative options.

Dont come here unless you wear a size 9 shoe. This place never has anything. Their EXCUSE is to show up on thursday when they recieve their shipment?

Man I can't say how much I appreciate the people that work at this establishment. They went over and beyond to make sure I can find the product I was looking for. I would definitely shop here and recommend anybody to come in and find everything you need at the store. They really made my day.
