Steer clear they do the bare minimum here I had to go do their job twice for them because for the communication is horrible, it took them 3 hours to send a blank email to the parts department with no part listed. Then after I waited from 9:30 am till 4:00 pm they tell me that it's going to take a full 24 hours to let the seal dry...don't you think that would have been good to tell me ASAP instead of letting me sit in a non A/C drivers lounge or outside in the heat ALL DAY! Lastly, I asked them to fill up my differential before I left and apparently they had no gear oil for me!! I then asked for them to at least check the level and as I'm about to fill it the mechanic tightens up the fill so I have to get full of grease and dirt to do something I paid them for!!! Such a sad excuse of a Rush Truck Center.

Awful. I brought my truck here because I had a “torque derate” engine error message on the dashboard that was causing the truck to derate. They said it might be a few days, depending on how long it would take the parts to come in. Well, it took them two FULL weeks to finish my truck. This would not have been so bad if they would’ve let us know in the beginning that it could take up to two FULL weeks. They made it sound like it would just be a few days, even with waiting for the parts. Finally on July 12 (Tuesday morning), they sent a text message saying that my truck was repaired and was in line to be road tested. I waited patiently. When you get a message like that after two weeks of waiting, you assume the truck is going to be road tested, and in a couple hours they’ll be calling you to come get it. You never assume you’ll still be waiting on that road test to be completed the following. Then after they completed their road test on Wednesday July 13th, I went to pick up the truck. I didn’t get 3 miles down the road before the truck began to lose air pressure WHILE I was driving. I kept having to pull over and let her build up air pressure. I took the truck back to their shop. They checked it and said that it was a completely different issue than the one they fixed, and that it was going to be $800 to fix!!!! My truck had never done that before to me while I was driving. But I did not argue with them, because my company pays for the truck. But it really made me feel sorry for owner operators who are being taken advantage of by companies like this. There is no way that you had my truck for two FULL weeks, and as soon as I pick it up, I can’t get 3 miles down the road without having to bring it back to you, and it’s my fault??? What a joke! They said that it passed their road test with no problems. That’s insane. Interestingly enough, before the truck was Road tested, I asked if I could skip the road test and just come get the truck, but they said they wouldn’t advise it because if there were any damages to the truck once I picked it up, they wouldn’t be liable if they didn’t road test it. But after I picked up the truck, there were damages and I was still liable. That’s not all. Yesterday (July 14th) I was loaded. This morning I made it to Nevada (heading to NY). I noticed when I started driving that my ELD was not tracking my driving time. My dispatcher said to check the nine pin connector in the dash to make sure it was connected. It wasn’t. All the cords had been shoved back in incorrectly which caused my EDL not to work because the ELD cord had been unplugged. Even after trying to plug it back in, the ELD still won’t work. Now, not only do I have to keep paper logs, but I’ve got to head to Georgia to let my shop fix it, and then head up to New York to deliver this load. I stopped at a Love’s, but they had never heard of a nine connector, and they said they don’t go behind the dashboard. The picture shows the cords that were crammed back in incorrectly. I left them out because they were jammed in there so tightly, it looked as if they would be damaged. This is definitely something that this shop did to my truck. When the service advisor came out to run the diagnostic test, she was able to immediately connect her device to the truck on the dashboard area. But now, that part that is used to diagnose the truck is not even visible anymore from outside the dashboard.I wouldn’t come back here even if my company told me to. This is just my opinion based on the experience I had with this repair shop. I am a coast-to-coast driver, and I have been driving for years. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop.I’m sure someone from the company will respond to this and try to make it look like all this is my fault, or like I don’t really know what I’m talking about. That’s generally what they do. That too is very unfortunate.

There is only one person serving, what a shame for this store, we have about 7 customers and at the rate this is going, it takes about 2 hours to buy.

Terrible, I hat coming here, but sometimes I just can’t find the parts somewhere else. They don’t have a will call window, but when you call they take your will call order. I’ve been here for 45 minutes trying to get a $40 sensor. They are always short staffed with long lines. Avid at all cost.

Horrible customer service from the parts department. On hold for almost 30 minutes just for them to hang up on me. Good luck trying to get ahold of somebody after 6pm on a week day.
