I go to the Ross all the time today some girl by the name of tabby helped me. She was visibly bothered and was breathing hard and banging the scanner around not sure if it was because it was early or she just wasn’t having it either way probably the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. When I told her usually when you have a customer you start off with greeting them and I was polite as possible her response was “ohhh not today” , “there’s always self-checkout, if you don’t like it” I giggled cause I get it sometimes you don’t want to work but what do I have to do with you being unhappy at work or having a bad day. Hope so finds a job where’s she’s happy or hope whatever it is she’s going through works itself out and if she’s just a rude person then maybe a little retraining

Poorly ran store. Most of the workers here simply do not care. For some reason the main Fitting Room is closed half the day. The only other available fitting room is tiny, only 2 customers are able to use the fitting room when the main one is closed. Today, both of those tiny fitting room was occupied. I waited for about 15 minutes and still no one came out. The security guard noticed that there was a line was forming but did nothing. I got tired of waiting and went to the cashier to check on their return policy. The cashier was kind. Right when I checked and purchased the items, they finally checked the fitting room. They were empty! They were locked and no one was inside, probably for at least an hour. I do not understand how workers would not notice that the fitting room was "occupied" for that long and do nothing about it, actually I do understand, they just don't care. There are only 2 redeeming factors of this Ross: plenty of parking, and the cashier is nice. Ross, please reevaluate your fitting room "policy" and your employees. You could and should do better.

Zero stars ...2 time to locations worse service in my life (cashiers) . Shout out to girl that needs a class in communication and customer service. I will NEVER return here .

I will never shop at this location worst service ever !!!this guy and lady at the self check talks bad about others and laughs at people they did that to me !! Childish immature people like them should not get hired at all !hire people that love there job not talks bad about customers !!

Worst service! Lines are long, cashiers upfront talking with only one cashier open. It's a Saturday 6 pm very irritated, won't be coming back!
