Was in this Ross in Pico Rivera for a quick look around. Hardly anyone in the store, but then it was kinda late. But they have a lot of Xmas ideas.

This store is fairly new and already looks trashy. The associates are not very friendly . Cashier April is very rude and seems lazy. Line of people and she was standing by a register putting hangers away while flirting with a young man. She did this while 10 of us waited in line .

Nice and clean but terrible cashiers. One cashier was making up his own return policies I had my receipt I bought the dress the night before and he said I will not get my full refund. He said "due our system ,:
