“We were searching for Realtors in the Rowland Heights area as we were in the market to have our home listed. We were very reluctant and still suffered from PTSD from the past realtor we tried to use back in 2011. We had seen all the wonderful reviews and decided to reach out to her. She was very prompt in her response.Sofia set up an appointment to meet with us and made us feel so at ease that we signed on with her on the spot!! She is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and it has been a pleasure working with her. She gave us her honest opinion and we trusted her. She listened to our concerns and implemented a plan. Next I want to thank Articia Woods who helped make it possible for me to pass the NMLS exam. Here is my testimony:I started trying to get my MLO license in 2013 I done a 20 hour course with Pro Schools which DID NOT teach me anything during that time the exam fee was $200, my third try i made a 74 missed by one point had to wait 6 months, I gave up. Five years later (last year) I decided to try again then I went to a Real Estate School here in Dallas, TX took another 20 hour course (in classroom) and the exam prep. Which was a joke, both the instructor and the course - literally. After the exam course I tested for the 4th time and failed. By this time I was angry, frustrated and depressed about all the money I have spent and couldn't pass the exam. Then I went online found Artricia Woods talk to Dean he sent me the online exam prep course, after studying for about a month and half failed again. BUT only this time I knew what I was doing wrong, I was given all the material and knowledge that I needed to pass the exam from the Mastery Course, but I was remembering question/answers. And I heard Articia's voice say "You need to know why the answer is the answer". So I made sure I knew the study material inside/out so I couldn't get tricked. I listened to the crash course and live session over and over again. I made sure I understood the 700 facts and flash cards. I then scheduled my 6th exam and passed today.Artricia, God is truly using you in a way that you have no idea. The way that you explain the information, your sense of humor and storytelling make the info stick in your mind. Keep up the good work your hard work DOES NOT go unnoticed.My advice to others that are having a hard time passing: DO NOT GIVE UP!! Persistence pays offThanks once again Artricia”
