“We were searching for Realtors in the Rowland Heights area as we were in the market to have our home listed. We were very reluctant and still suffered from PTSD from the past realtor we tried to use back in 2011. We had seen all the wonderful reviews and decided to reach out to her. She was very prompt in her response.Sofia set up an appointment to meet with us and made us feel so at ease that we signed on with her on the spot!! She is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and it has been a pleasure working with her. She gave us her honest opinion and we trusted her. She listened to our concerns and implemented a plan. As you know trust is a very hard thing to earn and keep. During the entire process it was a whirlwind. We received multiple offers almost the same day we had the appointment only viewing. Soon a bidding war had ensued and because of her expert advice we listed the home at the right price which drove the interest up. What we sold the home for exceeded our expectations. We accepted the offer (even as the bidding continued) as we did not want to prolong the process (it was a very dizzying experience seeing the bids back and forth between the buyers).
