Rarely do you come across an honest and reputable auto shop. I have to say that the service at this place is top notch! From the diagnosis, promised time, and empathy from the service manager, this place goes above and beyond to make themselves a staple in our community. The service pricing is way more than fair compared to how the automotive service sector charges regularly. I definitely recommend Purrfect Auto!

They get it done and they do it right!!! Jose made sure that we were taken care of. I recently gave my son for his 18th birthday a 96 Chevy impala SS that I bought in 1999 I parked the car in 2009 and it just sat there for 15 years! I took the car to Purrfect Auto and they got it running RIGHT! They went through the whole engine and fixed every single oil leak they also fixed the A/C which is blowing cold!! The price was VERY REASONABLE car runs like it did when I first bought it. Thank you PurrfectAuto and thank you Jose!

Horrible place PLEASE DO NOT! COME HERE!
they rob you for your money & don't even fix the problem. Went in cause my car had a leak & they did stuff they weren't even supposed to do. My car was over heating and they could of burned my engine smh this place is shady.......

First time here, Walmart damaged my car with their terrible service. Purrfect Auto has amazing services and professional staff. Not only did they go the extra mile to provide extra safety measures to allow me to see the damage but provide alternative solutions. They will have me as a customer from now on!!

Really nice staff!! Right away I was serviced and they were quick and clear. Inside their waiting room there is free coffee and water. Such a nice touch on a hot day. Comfy couches and A/C inside. Appreciate you guys!

Great place for all your automotive repair needs. Very reasonable, trustworthy, upfront about everything, the owner nice guy will suggest things you may need done but no pressure! Gets u in and out. Wait room free coffee, tv, restroom and seating very chill. So what are you waiting for your car needs an oil change right! Cmon down! Happy trails.

I posted about this business a couple of days ago and the owners asked me to take it down so I did but now consumers need to hear the truth about this unprofessional business.
Two months ago I came to have my oil changed and during my service one of the owners asked me if I had ever done a transmission flush and I said no. He said he recommends one because my car is over 60,000 miles. He's the expert so I agreed and paid $240 for that service plus my oil change.
A week ago I started to hear a winding noise coming from my transmission. I asked several mechanics what that noise could be and they said it was the transmission. They asked if I had recently had a flush and I said yes. They told me I should've never had a flush done because my car was over 100,000 miles.
I took it back to Purrfect Auto and explained the situation and asked them to please take a look and the owner right away starting saying that the work they did was validated. Again, I asked if he could take a look and he just brushed me off and said yeah, he'll see what they could do and thar he would call me. This was around 2pm. The shop closes at 530 so I called him 10 minutes before 5 and the mexican manager told me that they didn't hear any noise and to come and pick up my car and I said what? I said no, there's an obvious noise and he said we'll come tomorrow and show me. At this point I was frustrated with the lack of professionalism and lack of accountability. I started to Google and look up some information and it clearly says that you should avoid doing a flush on a car over 100,000 miles. So they knew, they just wanted the money!
I picked up my car the next day and took it to the Hyundai dealer which he said my transmission needs to be replaced and the flush could've possibly been the cause. He said my repair would be 4000 dollars. The advisor told me to contact Purrfect Auto and let them know what the findings were. I immediately tried to call the business on 3/27 and 3/28 and the person that answered told me the owners wrent their on 3/27 and on 3/28 someone told me that the owners would call me back in 15 minutes and never did. Why are you hiding? What won't you call me back, is it because you know you're responsible and you don't want the confrontation. You have no problem taking money but you can't return a customer's call? This place is very shady and has bad business practices/ resolutions. You don't treat paying customers like this! All I wanted was a resolution. I am not the person who is just going to accept this, I have already filed with BBB and I'm submitting my
experience to the local news.
I know you're probably going to respond with some sweet response and try to lie about the situation. There's no lying, I have the paperwork from you and the dealers findings. How do you sleep at night, doing unnecessary work just to make a dollar. Reputation is everything and now everyone will know. Again, all I wanted was for the owner to call me back so we could resolve this but he refused.
You are such a liar. You only called the dealer because I said I went there. After going back to the Hyundai dealer and speaking to the advisor... he said you never told him I never had a transmission flush. Your brother did say that he recommended a TRANSMISSION FLISH, where would I get that from? You just wrote it different on the invoice to avoid any liability. And I only took down my original post because you asked me to. You said that once I go to the dealer and come back with the findings that you would be willing to help me out. That's when I tried to call you and you never returned my call.. the only thing that's baseless is you and your business. Reputation is everything and Consumers will find out how shady you are. Look at your reviews and all the unhappy customers you serviced. Multiple called you a fraud... start taking some accountab
