I am extremely upset about how my dog was treated at her grooming appointment. I been taking my dog to PetSmart grooming since she was a little puppy! I should have known things were going to go bad. As soon as I walked in for check-in you can hear other dogs screaming bloody murder, which really frighten my dog. When I picked up my dog, the groomer Karina S. all she did was complain about my dog's behavior according to her I need to teach my dog some manners. My dog is like my child, so you can imagine this really upset me because my dog is trained and anyone who meets my dog can see that she is a total sweetheart. I just think they were just having an over all bad service day or the groomer just didn't have the patience. My biggest concern is that now my dog will have trauma from this bad grooming experience. Thanks a lot Petsmart! Lastly, what bothers me the most is that they put my dog in a "naughty list" where every time I want to book a grooming appointment, I will get charged an additional grooming fee because of my dog's "behavior problems." Well, looks like I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I like going here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Also its never to packed with people, so thats a plus.

I went to get a toothbrush for my furbaby and some snacks. So I asked the 1st staff member I found.. customer service was great! The store was clean and organized. They carry good stuff but pricey?

I was at Petco on Sunday and man that store is so hot ! I feel bad for the workers . I couldn't stay long to continue to shop because it was way to hot . Im not sure if they even have AC but honestly u can't feel it at all . I love shipping at this store for my pets needs but it's too hot . And I have to say Wendoline always gives excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable when she helps out

This Petsmart Pico Rivera has the best groomers. Teresa is the sweetest with my baby and takes her time explaining the different package items. Victoria has awesome grooming skills and my baby knows her the best and trusts her too. Hope staff here keeps up the great work! ??

I just love going to PetSmart and taking Mia there for her grooming. Alex takes such good care of her and dose a wonderful job and loved it. Than it's great time where we find her favorites and pretty dresses.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years and they have almost always seen Teresa. Recently, one of my dogs came home with TWO cut ears with dried blood, and no one told us when we went to pick him up, we had to find out on our own. Our dog was also not acting like himself and I am extremely worried that he was mishandled or hurt by the groomers. She was also beyond rude to us. If Teresa doesn’t know how to properly handle dogs, maybe she should find a new job. After reading many reviews on Google and Yelp, I know that I’m not alone. Consider supporting a small grooming business instead of this place that grossly mistreats your fur babies.

After being a loyal client to this PetSmart, and trying to provide my business here for many many years. I tried giving this place a 3rd and final opportunity. But after today, with the continious rudeness i have decided to no longer support or provide my business for this location. The employees have turned rude, unprofessional, and with the last appointment that i had on Sunday June 6th, 2021. It was shown the gratitude they show to regular loyal clients. being late 30 minutes missing my appointing from 8:00am, and i was behind schedule 30 minutes, my employee was turned away with my pet, because they couldn't accommodate my pomeranian. This was the last i could take from this business location. Look up my records, and all the money i have spent with you guys. Even while living in Hollywood, and DTLA, i still continue to returned to this location because of the Trust i had in it. No longer will i be trusting this location with the poor management, and the attitude of the employees, specially dealing with clients over the phone. i'll be giving other companies new chances.

If I could give no stars I would. So I bought some soresto collars for two of my dogs and they didn't work. $120 to the trash. I called and spoke to Katie to see if it could get replaced or get a refund and she told me that I could get my money back if I go with my receipt and so I did that and they didn't want to help.Thanks again. Lost another client.
Always a great deal on my cat food, very good atmosphere every time I walk in and the employees are awesome, super friendly ??

Don't take your dogs there!!! Beware of Groomer Victoria she is lazy always trying to shave dogs therefore she doesn't have to brush them.

They refused to groom my dog....which is understandable but what was not okay was that the girl I believe her name was Victoria was chocking my dog. She continued to do it even though my dog was choking and coughing. She was pulling her away with the leashes they use but had it tight and close to her neck

Everytime I take my Sadie to get groomed I cannot explain to you the level of trust and comfort I walk away with knowing she is in good hands. Priscilla has for years been a blessing to me and my dog with her professionalism, her cutting skills and that midas touch she is a treasure, anyone who suffers from separation anxiety, who is concerned about who they leave their baby with can be rest assured booking with Priscilla is a guarantee that they will come back to a dog that has been cared for loved on and treated as if were her own. I will never go anywhere else.
