I've been with One city Insurance for at least 7yrs now and Ericka Dominguez has been helping me ever since. Let me tell u when I say I have no words to describe her it's because I don't, there's no words to describe how AMAZINGLY GREAT SHE IS! Honestly I don't even think I've ever talked to her lol we've only text! But her patience and dedication is on POINT! She's answered alllll my questions, helped me through a problem I had recently and never told me anything negative always tried to help with the solution and I'm truly GRATEFUL FOR THAT! Ericka, mija as I call you at times even though I don't know you lol THANK U FOR ALLLLLLLLL UR HELP! UR AWESOME!

Business hours are not consistent. Have came multiple times when they were supposed to be open only to find them closed. Other than that, I really enjoy their services and would definitely recommend them.

I love this place. I was a little confused on one of my payments. They look at my stuff and help me understand it with no problems. My payment are really great. This part is years later. They first insured me 2015, I have had a few different cars since then, but I love this company. I love the great customer service and that if I forget to pay they will call to remind me. I'm so busy and I've replaced the card and forgot to update. But I can always depend on them to keep me insured. I'm very happy with the company.

I have been coming to One City Insurance for a few years. Aldo and Erika have been phenomenal. From making my monthly payments to getting questions answered. Erika has always been so polite, responsive, and most of all patient. I highly recommend you calling One City Insurance. You can thank me later! Trust me you won't regret it.
