We got the Pollo ala Braza, and it was tasty and delicious with an excellent flavor and, most of all, not dry at all.

Not that good anymore, the meat in the llomo saltado was super chewy and tough. The flavor of the tallarín saltado was sour. Not worth the money.

I don't know if it has new owners but prior they had some really good papa a la huancaina and chicken with fries and salsa the lomo saltado is good lately the chicken is super fried and the fries are re fried the salad isn't that great either. The papa a la huancaina tasted like the papa and egg had been in the fridge for days and there was egg shell pieces still on the eggs. There nothing more gross than trying to eat an egg and it still has she'll pieces

If you are thinking of coming here do yourself a favor and don't. Cons: Over priced food. Spent $125 for something that was not worth over $75. Just take a look at their website and that tells you a lot about their business as a whole. Website has outdated info and prices. Even the actual menus are lame...one single sheet of regular paper laminated yet somehow more wrinkled that a wet, squeezed t-shirt. No pictures to have ANY idea of what you're buying. We went on a hot day...it was 104 outside and these people had no AC on! When we first walked in we walked out as the restaurant was 100% empty. And inside there was a whole different name for the restaurant. It's suffering of identity crisis. Out of 4 dishes we bought ONE was decent Peruvian Food. Not great...just decent...because the Lomo did have a good taste but it was tough. The service was a 4 out of 10. We had to ask for ice and the Chicha was WARM. I am only giving it a two because the Lomo had a decent taste and another was ok although about 40% overpriced..so I'm being VERY generous with my stars...otherwise if I would I would give it a .5 stars. Oh yeah, we had to listen to ugly Peruvian music at a higher than ideal volume. Least they can do is play the nice Peruvian music. Not the taka taka taka music with non family friendly lyrics. Yes...if it's not clear we will not be going back. Oh yeah, even the fork and knifes sucked. They bent when using them lol.

Amazing pollo a brasa. Especially their fries, it's very tasteful. Highly recommend. If you aren't a fan of pollo a brasa, you should try out their Pescado frito.
