The staff, Amanda was not very helpful, she convinced me to go for the higher monthly plan as it would include AMAZON PRIME and that all I would have to do is wait for a text from METRO, the text never came and I paid for AMAZON without being provided the service.

Came to buy a phone for my 70 year old grandma , she is on a budget and the girl working Natalie quoted me $165 I asked why so much she mentioned activation , monthly and taxes . I said ok I broke it down it came out to $129 I asked why her quote different she said bc it comes with a “charger “ in other words im buying a charger said I don’t need one , she told me they don’t sell phones with out accessories bc the OWNER don’t make money & that’s how he wants it . LOL don’t come here

HorribleAurora is a liar and lies easily to get quotas the offers no help after other then a smug smile and the words customer service over and over and over.she should be fired. She said I'd have sane number after payment.I did not. It's been really hard to do drs appts and prescriptions becuz of her
