We had a script for a hospital bed for my Uncle, who resides at a assisted living facility in Van Nuys. I called and spoke with Sam and another lady who were very helpful and directed me to Julie. The Dr. script was not properly completed and Julie had to make several calls to the Dr. to get this through.
