“I wish I could go here for my primary care. The Dr's I've seen here on my three visits seemed to care more and took care of me better than either of my primary care Dr's at the VA or Kaiser.”
“I was turned away from another facility that was short staffed. Bill Coffey made the process quick and easy. I called in advance and he waited on me to arrive before taking a FedEx delivery out. Each step was explained to me and was efficiently processed.”
“I got very lucky as a walk-in patient. There were 4 walk-in customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the facility to open. When they started letting customers in, they allowed the only customer with the first appointment to enter first. There were 3 check-in kiosks. The 4 people customers ahead of me went to the other 2 kiosks, while I followed the only customer with an appointment. Luckily, he knew the process, so his check-in was quick; and because I also am familiar with the self-check-in process when he finished, I simply checked-in making me the first walk-in the official queue, while the other 4 people who had been ahead of me where still trying to figure it out. I was seated for all of 5 minutes before my name was called to be seen. So, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. My best time yet. As usual, the staff was friendly and professional.”

“I've had a few different doctors, but Dr.Parveen Kaur, was honestly the best doctor I have ever had, other doctors that I have seen before her could not get my virus under control and undetectable, until I met Dr. Kaur, she adjust some of my medication, and was manage to get my viral load undetectable, and I will forever be grateful for that!, She was always a very thorough by communicating with me about my health and care, she told me personally that she had to resign and it was her choice, I was very saddened, and very disappointed to see her go, she was the best doctor I had ever had, and I miss her so very much, they're going to have a new doctor there at the El monte office, and I hope everything goes fine, with this new doctor, I will keep you up to date.”
“I Saw Martha on Friday, and she really went above and beyond. My doctor had actually messed up my lab orders, and instead of just sending me back to the Doc and getting them corrected, Martha called the doctor & clarified the information! She was extremely courteous & kind, and made a bad day much better. Thank you Martha!!!”
“I have been coming for 15 years.I even have Kaizer and I don't go to Kaizer cause I know they won't cure my illness.Dr Serna and it's staff just get it done.Yes, they don't take insurance and no they won't take you to the cleaners either.They are fair and honest as they come and most importantly, you will get told the truth and get healed.All the negative reviews on this clinic are not true.This is a honest clinic with real results.They have rules and I just respect their rules.They also have way too many patience for a little clinic and one phenomenal Dr named Dr Serna.I would be lost physically without his true care for my body and that of my wife and 2 kids.I don't take my family nowhere else.Why not? “Got a last minute appointment first thing in the morning. Was pretty quick in and out but the waiting area was PACKED before 7 am. I had a 6:50 appointment time and got called back around 7 am and was out about 20 minutes later. Pretty easy overall and the staff were excellent. Check in was a little confusing though since I don’t have my physical insurance card to scan.”
“I rarely write reviews. This is my first on Yelp. We have a remodeling job which would require removing some plaster and stucco wall as well as disturbing a popcorn ceiling. So I hired this company to come to take samples and test. The result shows asbestos in ceiling but not stucco and less than 1% for plaster wall. They told me that in California the asbestos content has to be less than 0.1% for it to be removed without license and that a more accurate but more expensive test needs to be performed to determine that. I grudgingly agreed. When the new test result came out, there was no asbestos detected in the samples. They told me they will update the initial test report and refund the charge for the new test. I was quite surprised because I did some research and learned that the first test based on Polarized Light Microscopy is a rough test and can yield false positive result. So their charge for the second test is totally legitimate and I have no problem paying for it. The fact that they refunded me shows an extraordinary level of concern for their customer's feelings and a high level of integrity which needs to be praised and made known.”
“It is one of the quickest Sun Laboratories I have been to. You check in outside and wait to be called. If you need to give a urine sample, restrooms are readily available. I like that they keep everything moving fast and fluid.”
“Excelente service! Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful. Front desk was clear & kind. They gave us an estimate right away, which was the main reason why we decided to go with this clinic. Since we don't have insurance, we had been searching for a fair priced Urgent Care all over Los Angeles, and everywhere front desk would say "we don't know, you have to see the doctor first". It was easier to apply for government help then to get a ballpark estimate. But this clinic was straightforward about everything, from beginning to end. We had a small surgery in there with local anesthesia and all, and at the end, we left having spend less than $350. And the doctor was knowledgeable, experienced and empathetic. Yes, it's cash only. Yes, you have to wait if you're a walk-in. Yes, it's a lot of money you didn't expect to spend. But it's a fair price for great service provided by people that actually want to help you. I'm very grateful to everyone at this clinic.”

“Gets packed. Went in on a Saturday morning for Covid testing. They tell you results take 24-48 hrs. It is Thursday. No sign of the results yet. I called and got the results emailed right away!”

“I was welcomed and checked in by Theresa and she was wonderful! So professional and friendly! I was seen so quickly and not to mention the testing was very easy and fast! Theresa made me feel so comfortable and she was so knowledgeable about the testing process and I knew I had nothing to worry about. Facility was very clean and the waiting room’s decor and the lovely incense gave such a homely feel HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
