They never have any bootie size 8. If there is a great sale, I can’t get any cute boots because they are always sold out and by the time it comes back in stock, I already lost the big sale. Right now, 3 different styles booties (boots)in black are sold out.

I’ve ordered shoes from this site several times because I like the style of the shoes, but for a while now I’ve found that it’s not worth it to shop from here. Though they have cute shoes, the sizing is off sometimes and not just by a little bit. Plus, with the cost to ship returns back to them and no refunds only store credits, I just find that it’s not worth it to shop here any longer. I recently ordered 3 pairs of shoes and have to return 3 due to them not fitting properly.

5 Star Customer Service! It was my first time going into the boutique and upon arrival, the sales associate Juan, provided the utmost attention. He was extremely patient and brought out many different shoe styles for me to try on and even gave his recommendations to help me decide on which pairs to take home. The customer service alone would encourage me to return again.

This review is for Luis and his over the top excellent customer service. I came by for curb side pick and did not even realize I miss read the weekend hours and arrived too early prior to opening. He noticed me outside and helped me out anyway. It was so nice of him to do that for me I really appreciated his kindness. THANKS LUIS!! love miss Lola and all they offer.

I decided to try their clothes because they always look cute online , I can’t believe the dress originally is 70 something dollars . I paid 60 you would expect the quilty to be amazing . NO it’s HORRIBLE!!! I can’t understand how this dress cost this much . It sheds . Super thin and itchy / see through . Oh and the button string was ripped when they sent me it. Their clothes are so cheap I have better luck on SHEIN . Save your money and shop elsewhere

Things I wish I would have known before going here:1. You cannot try on in store2. If you leave any deodorant on clothes from trying on at home, it is ineligible for return so make sure to be freshly out of the shower with no deodorant before trying on3. Only store credit for returns so if you don’t like the product you are forced to come back with store creditI really wanted to love this place. I purchased a couple times. The first time, one item was a bathing suit and even with a hygiene strip inside the suit, it was ineligible for return after trying on. Wish I would have known that when I asked about their return policy in person at time of purchase.Second time I purchased a couple dresses and one of the dresses barely covered my tatas so I tried to return it after trying it on but alas, not eligible for return because there was some deodorant inside the dress from trying on. Deodorant comes out! Especially if I just purchased it and tried it on once. So the associate took it to the back to “the cleaner” to see if they were able to get it out while I sat there embarrassed with a line of people behind me waiting. But of course they were not able to. For all I know, they wiped it with a damp cloth. There is no way a stain is set in from deodorant from one quick try on. Also, I asked the employee at time of purchase what their return policy was in case it didn’t fit and they just said the generic 45 day with tags, receipt. If I would have known I couldn’t get deodorant on it, I would have made sure I wasn’t wearing any!This place is a scam and has terrible customer return policies.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. In "regular" clothing they only have S,M and L but expect the L to feel and be like S and then they have "curve" clothing that is completely different line of clothing so you cannot get the clothing you want in the size you want. The most horrendous part about this company is their "refund" policy, one it should not be even called that because all they offer is store credit or exchange and if you have problems with the sizing why would I want something else from this non-inclusive company? They claim this policy is treat customers "equally" and "fairly". There is nothing equal or fair about this clothing company. So disappointed and absolutely disgusted. All for what- for poorly sized, exclusive and cheaply made clothing.

Please take into consideration their return and exchange policies. When I purchased the items, there was no mention of them being final sale on their website. I had to email them to request a form for exchanging the items, as there was no receipt included in the package. Moreover, their sizing is completely inaccurate. Their clothing is more suitable for a slim teenager's body, rather than a person like me who is 5'8 and weighs 135 pounds. A medium size felt more like an extra extra small. Additionally, you have to pay for the return shipping to exchange the items, and there is a possibility of being told that the items are final sale. Please refer to the picture for your available options. I recommend saving yourself the hassle and shopping elsewhere.

My favorite place to shoe shop! They always have a wide variety of trending styles. Everything from heels, boots, slides, etc.. They even have mommy and me shoes for little girls. My daughter is just as obsessed with their stuff as me lol. The quality is good for the price. Customer service is always perfect. Last pro tip: check their website for discount codes that can be applied in store :)

I love that an online shoe store has a showroom for local customers. The styles and availability are greatly appreciated. The showroom can definitely get you caught up with the Gram-worthy aesthetic.
