Very disappointed!! As a loyal customer for 14 yrs,. Martha Sanchez had done my taxes, but this yr I added a different form to my filling and had an amendment a week later in Feb . I have not received my refund. When I spoke to Martha, she cursed me out. I reached out to the owner multiple times, I never got a call back. I'm taking care of three kids, but they messed up my filling. I have been in contact with the IRS myself since Feb. I was told ITS resubmitted my amended taxes in March which sets me back further. I paid the "expert" to render the service, but that never happened.

I did my taxes with Martha. She unfortunately made 2 errors on calculations, etc. I had to drive back and forth from Long Beach/ take time off work to have her fix. Horrible experience! Do not recommend!

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Horacio is the absolute best from all the tax ppl we've used in the past. Yes they get super busy during tax season so make sure you make an appointment and confirm the day before, it's well worth the wait. Horacio is very friendly and thorough, he will answer any questions you have and will give you tips on on how to save money. We plan on moving soon but will always come back to Pico to get our taxes done with Horacio. A nice little bonus is that they always give cool little company appreciation gifts, we love our collection!

I have been going here for years, I stopped when I moved to the Inland Empire, but now I have come back because they are better than anyone else I have tried. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and most importantly to me, non-judgmental. They speak Spanish & English. Martha helped me and was very awesome, a few years back I think the younger gentleman helped me and was very good as well.

TurboTax was horrible and useless, these guys had my taxes filed in less than a day. Friendliest guy I've ever met, and I'll definitely be back next tax season. My return was way more than expected, he's a life saver!

First time there from a recommendation and it did not go well unfortunately. I made an appointment for 2 PM for my wife. We arrived about 3 minutes late and checked in. The tax preparer was with some people from his previous appointment, and after about 40 minutes of waiting, we found out there was still another person before us so it would take probably another 2 hours. We only found out because we asked. They didn't keep us updated. A bit disappointing, don't see the reason of making an appointment if they're not going to see us at our appointed time. It's possible they just had an off day, but the customer service was poor.
