“MARYLOU is the real deal ! My husband needed a new phone immediately, to assist with work the next day. We went in NOT knowing exactly what we wanted, but had an idea. Marylou, came over and greeted us, and offered to help. We told her more or less what we needed, and she immediately gave a great suggestion. It was perfect, and on sale ! She carefully assisted very kindly, SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, professionally, and without rushing us. My husband and I are not tech savvy, so she even helped link my husbands smart watch to his new phone.
All while paying attention to our needs/ usage of our other SPECTRUM accounts. Such as our cable/ internet, and informed us of a promotion that helped tremendously
!!! Had she NOT offered this, my husband and I had already made plans to switch to another company with my union offering a better deal. However we wanted to stay with SPECTRUM, and now we were were able too. Not only did it help us monthly, but she helped us understand our services soooo much better. We now get the MOST out of it, with ways that we did not even know about. It took about 2 hours, but keep in mind, buying or trading a new phone can be stressful, and time consuming like buying a car or house. So it helps if you go with that in mind. It just depends on what you need. Thank you for the best experience we have ever had with our phones in 30 years of marriage. Ask for Marylou !!!”

“This T-Mobile store is in a very busy plaza. Lots of traffic, with cars in and out of the neighboring restaurants. I came here to replace my screen protector on a busy Sunday evening. “I had the opportunity to work with Robin and his team for some security cameras I was looking to install but needed some advice. Originally I was debating between easier DIY options such as Ring, Eufy etc however decided to reach out and schedule an appointment so I can make a final decision which route to go.When I first called Robin was out of town and not available however he did inform me when he would be back. This was not an issue to me since I did not need anything immediately. Soon as he was back in town I received communications from him right away and we scheduled a site survey. Upon his arrival we walked around my house and he looked at every angle around the home, answered all my questions and made some recommendations for me. The same day I received a quote with detailed information about the equipment that will be installed and I decided to move forward. Within a few days we schedule another appointment for the install and Robin came over with his crew to go over everything once again with me. The installers were top notch and very detailed, at the same time cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. Then at the end they even taught me how to use the equipment and remote app.A day or so later I had some issues with one of the cameras and without hesitation Robin came out twice to help me resolve the problem right away. First time to diagnose and second to replace the camera. Since then everything has been working flawlessly. My experience from beginning to end was exceptional and I would not hesitate going back to Super Matrix for all my security needs. I would highly recommend without a doubt and they are a pleasure to work with!”

“So.. it looks like the store is revamping and after going to another location where the computers are down I came in here asking if everything was ok. Linda greeted me and assured me that everything was fine and she would be able to activate a new phone purchase for my mom. I didn't take any pictures but you can imagine what a store that is revamping looks like.. Linda was over the top great with customer service! Multi-tasked like no ones business.. It was a shame that she was the only employee in the place but she handled it like a pro ! A few times while I was there customers started to pile up but she addressed each customer and kept everything light hearted so everyone was fine waiting their turn to get things done. A+++ I'm not one to really shop at boost mobile but.. Linda definitely changed my mind. Thanks for the great customer service !”
