I was a walk-in client and was given prompt service with my taxes. I had forgotten 1 document which my preparer pointed out, I was able to return later and complete my taxes. I was able to obtain a larger return/refund due to their help.

Service here was horrible my tax pro Maria took over a week to complete my return and when I go pick it up it still wasn't ready and I had to wait. I will never go back again. I'd rather have someone else do it
